Love ginger snaps and these arePretty good.

These soften up if you microwave them for 15-20 seconds and are absolutely delicious. A perfect mixture of sweetness and ginger flavor.

Bag was too small, these should never be sold in small quantities.

I usually get an alternative brand, Stauffer's. They were out so I picked these up as a comparison. The cookie itself is not bad. It wasn't overly soft or overly hard, it was like Goldie Locks, right in the middle and just right. Honestly, never been a fan of super soft gooy cookies or uber stale, hard ones that break up as you hold them/chew on them. However, the actual ginger is quite subtle, not remotely overwhelming. I think for those who don't have a sweet tooth or just want a subtly ginger snap, these will do just fine. But if you expect a strong flavor and thus satisfaction, look elsewhere.

Great spice combination. Very crispy. Truly flavorful and great with milk or coffee. Buy them often.
