Love this product
This is my fourth pair, they were purchased initially due to me suffering from painful foot arch when using normal trainers (plantar fasciitis) They instantly provided relief. I believe the fact your toes act independently rather than a grip effect in normal trainers benefits my fitness performance immensely. They massively help you to train intentionally rather than habitually. My advice if purchasing, get a half size bigger than your normal shoe size and when putting them on press the heel section down rather than trying to slide in. Five finger socks make the shoe much easier to put on so they are worth considering. If not they tend to get a bit smelly, however I put mine in the washing machine periodically. If you do this make sure you put them in a laundry net bag as I ruined a £760 washing machine by not doing this the rubber sole has such a effective grip it grabbed between the drum and washing M/c front it buckled it…….which the warranty I found to my cost didn’t cover

VFF new user.
I purchased these for running. I've had constant injuries from running predominantly bad knees, even after trying various running shoes even trying the 'maximal' styles. I tried various things including custom orthotics. I did a lot of research on the subject and was seeing a lot of people extolling the virtues of minimalist shoes and barefoot running. So I thought I'd give these a try after doing my home work. And at the moment I've done a few short runs, I have noticed the lack of knee pain after I adjusted my running style. However I am getting muscle soreness in the calves, which was expected. So for the VFF V RUNS. Highly recommended, just enough thickness to not cause too much discomfort when running over rocks and stones but thin enough to feel the ground. When choosing the size measure your feet and refer to the Vibram website for the fitting table. I find them very comfortable but that depends what your used to. If you buy some just take you time building your mileage.

Excellent running shoes
Excellent running shoes have done a parkrun, a 5K Assembly League, two sprint triathlons and an Olympic triathlon and normal training with no injury. Once you have adapted to these "odd" shoes you will realise that "normal" shoes are in fact alien and will appreciate that as humans we evolved without shoes and were able to run quite nicely thank you!Buy them, but be aware that YOU MUCH ADAPT and massage away tightness and trigger points as your calves adapt. I have been barefoot since mid April and am fine - no injuries as I use these products.Protone lacrosse ball for trigger point massage / rehab / physiotherapy / crossfit (Blue)Physix Gear Sport Muscle Roller Stick - Deep Tissue Massage Roller for Trigger Points, Leg Cramps, Quads, Calf & Hamstring Tightness - Myofascial Release - Best Muscle Massager Stick for AthletesMaximo Fitness FOAM ROLLER - EVA - Superb Muscle Roller - Trigger Point - 15cm * 45cm - Perfect for Gym, Pilates, Yoga - FREE Quick Start Guide - Lifetime Warranty

Nice and really comfortable even for every day
I like my VIBRAMS as I own maybe 5 or 6, with this ones even 7 pairs of them!! The only thing is that I ordered that VIBRAMS at AMAZON UK as I'm normally deal with my German account. Unfortunately you can't get that shoe in Germany and I've been really lucky that I got it at UK! The only thing beside is that the size is maybe really a bit different as the German size. Normally I would order in Germany a size EU 44 or UK 10 but in that offer the size 10 to 10,5 has been in my opinion bigger than the normal German 44/UK 10. Vibrams are normally at it's best if it fits precisely on the foot. Now I have some space on the teeth, only 3-4 millimeters but just not as the German size........ or even the size UK 10. Maybe the 9.5 to 10 is the real, better to say the right size for a German 44 ....BUT nevertheless I recommend the VIBRAMS at all as only the size is a bit difficult.......

Simply amazing
I transitioning to bare foot running in my old Merrill Trail Gloves. I always wanted to try the Fivefingers but I was a bit nervous because of my smaller toes being curled under by tight shoes in my youth. With a little adjustment all my toes fit snug and they are super comfy. I have run day after day all week with no pain and great recovery. The amazing 😉 thing is I am 54 years old and nearly 18 stone ( 6ft 4 in) I only started running again 2 weeks ago after s long lay off. This week I have probably ran and hiked 25 - 30 km, my longest run being 10 k.Today I am having a rest day but don't really feel like I need one.Take it real easy and listen to your body. I have had many a pulled muscle in the past in other barefoot shoes.I am so impressed and energised by these shoes.

Absolutely love these
I've had this shoes for a couple of years now, and they are my favourite shoes for running on the streets. I get a great feel of the ground, and it positively impacts my running form and cadence. They are annoying to put on, specially if you have crooked toes like me. This is why I dont use these exclusively anymore. But once I'm out running, these are the ones that enjoy using the most. Your feet will get wet if its wet, but on the plus side, they dry quickly as well.

So comfortable - my favourite running shoe yet!
These are my 6th pair of Vibram five Fingers and my 3rd pair of Bikilas. They are so light and comfortable and still give great protection. I used to wear 5 finger socks with my VFF but i do not need them with these Bikilas. The lacing system is so much better than the old velcro closures and this has resulted in no blisters when i dont wear socks.Although they are made for road running i wear them on trails and on grass too - such a great sense of barefoot running - They are my favourite VFF and i love them!

Suerte! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
