Wonderful book shelf. Tons of screws, one do-over and three hours late we had it assembled. The directions are not clear. They are written like bird cage instructions. Here is a list of your parts, here are some hope-for-the-best pictures to guide you. Did give you extra of everything and all the tools required. BUT in the end it is a totally awesome bookcase. I've looked at stores, auctions and estate sales. Nothing beat it. It is not just pressed wood. The shelves really are very sturdy. It is an attractive piece and although it looks slanted, really isn't. Easily holds my years and years worth of photograph albums and all my "just can't part with them" books. I highly recommend this bookcase.

Great book shelf. It is very sturdy . Looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. The assembly is not that terrible. Took me 30min without help. I wish all the furniture I bought from amazon can be this good quality and affordable.

Got it together in about 45 minutes with a seven year old helper. Instructions are very easy to follow and ocmes with hardware/tools you need. Would be five stars but doesn't come with a bracket to keep it from shifting. It only does so slightly, this thing is very stable, but when I first got it up it took a little tweak to even it out. Not a big deal, will order another so I have two that match.

It doesn't completely fit together. There are screws that could not be put into because it doesn't line up. No matter how much you redo it, push it, pull it. It doesn't line up. No simple bookcase should be this difficult to put together. Will not order it again.

I followed all the instructions and attached everything together but the shelves are crooked. I wrote to the seller, but they just said that I needed to make sure to hold everything straight when I was acting everything in. That was impossible to do, especially alone, but also because it was hard enough just getting everything to line up so I could screw things in. So now I have a crooked bookshelf that I would have otherwise loved.

Thisbthing is Awesome. We have over 100 lbs of books and decorations on it. Wood is thick and the whole unit is strong. This is well worth the money and is absolutely gorgeous.

Bigger than I expected but it’s beautiful, top tier quality, all the pieces were there, no scratches, easy to follow instructions, I love it.

great product, absolutely love the design. Holds all my books, some what easy to set up, just pay attention to the instructions.
