I bought the cartridges as a back up because I did not want to go to the store immediately to buy when I finally needed, when I needed them, none of them would work. By that point, I was past the return date so I threw them in the trash. I don’t know if my printers manufacture did not allow generic? But after posting the above review, the manufacturer reached out to me and gave me an Amazon credit for $45 I spent. That was definitely above and beyond and for that reason I would recommend them. Even though it did not work for my printer, I’m assuming it probably works for most or they would not sell. I would just suggest trying one before the return date. Hats off to them for reaching out to me … you don’t find customer service like that anymore. :)

I don't use my home printer the way I used to, so using a less expensive option works for me. The quality is there. The ease of installation is the same.

Ink is good. Instructions are a bit foggy but works ok

We used in our Epson printer and it works fine.

I purchased these hoping they would work as I have school and have a lot of printing to do. They did not work. I followed the instructions and did the installation over and over to the printer did not accept them. I attempted to contact the seller and they never responded to me. So basically they are a complete waste of money. The money you think you are saving you are actually just throwing in the trash and do not expect anyone to get back to you.

After my original review (below) this company's customer service reached out to me to offer a refund for the defective item. I was impressed that (1) they reached out to me and that I didn't have to chase them down, and (2) instead of refunding only the one cartridge (out of 5) that was defective, they offered a full refund in the form of an Amazon credit. They didn't have to do that and I feel they went above and beyond to make the problem with the one cartridge right. For this reason, I've updated my review and rating, and will not hesitate to purchase from them again knowing they stand behind their products. Also, it's worth noting that these cartridges work perfectly in my Epson WF-3640.These cartridges seem to be good replacements for the original Epson ones that are much more expensive. However, one of the black cartridges leaked within the sealed plastic, making it unusable. It would have been a better deal if all the cartridges were usable, especially the black one since that's the one used the most.

The ink is not quality. So if you need if for professional reasons I would avoid. It comes out kind of like a colored pencil quality. But great price for the amount. Will probably last me a while

The cartridges were recognized instantly by the printer. Of course the printer give you a warning of non Epson original ink but after agreeing to use that ink everything printed good. I've seen complaints about the quality of the ink but if you're trying to print photos you better expend the big money for the original ones. For the average everyday use this cartridges are perfect.
