Better than expected
These glasses / goggles work good. In the past I used the typical helmet, but it always caused me to sweat under it and made me a bit claustrophobic. I was also impressed how quicky it reponded to light and easy to see moving around etc when not in use. I like the tint when welding also, not that green stuff. Make sure you use the mask addon, unless you want red face..lol Bottom line: I recommend it. Yeswelder makes some good products and this is definitely one of them.

This thing is a beast, with a minor problem.
Works great but expect a burned face if you are going to do a lot of welding with these. These are for really quick jobs, not long-term jobs. But, for the price and the great job that they do, these are well worth the money. Now, to the problem, and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Yeswelder knows this problem exist, and has done nothing to fix it. They will hurt the bridge of your nose. I had to cut some of the nose out to fit confrontable, but other than that, these are well worth the purchase.

Great goggles: light, comfortable, and maneuverable.
I was suspect that these Goggles would be good, since the price is so low. I am pleasantly surprised at how well they work, in addition to being light, comfortable, and allowing me to get into tight spaces and weld, where my regular helmet won't fit. Read the short instructions and play with the settings for a minute and you'll be welding in no time. The "shade" dial was odd to me, since there's just a min and max labelled - no shade numbers like 10, 11, etc. Only took a minute to set it where I wanted for the amperage I was using. I'm also very impressed with the color. Their "true color" is not just a marketing line. The color while shaded is much better than my expensive helmet. Did some TIG welding on my car's X frame - it's a tight spot that I was able to work on easily with these Goggles. If you need to get in tighter than even the mask will allow, detach it and use the goggles only with a balaclava or headsock.Update: it’s been over 4 years since I bought these welding goggles, and I still absolutely love them and use them all the time. I haven’t pulled my more expensive welding helmet out of its bag in all this time of owning these. I am so impressed of the quality at this price point, and I haven’t even had to replace the battery yet. Sometimes you get more than you pay for. This is one of those times. Couldn’t be happier.

Such a GREAT Welding Mask!
So I'm new to welding and I had an ol' hand-me-down welding helmet that I just could NOT see through. It really affected my welds.Got fed up so I decided to try these out and let me tell ya...it is a world of difference! I can clearly see, even in dark spaces under my car, and then when I start to weld...BOOM! The lens gets dark, but not too dark that I can't see my weld pool. The only thing I can say, like other reviews I've read, is the nose piece is uncomfortable. Honestly though, it's not bad enough that it doesn't deserve 5-stars. I will be recommending these to anyone and everyone I know who welds.

Perfect addition!
PERFECT! These are a must-have. These are great for plasma cutting, and spot welding. They work great, and fit well (I wear glasses and they fit over them with no problems. You should, at a minimum, order these and give them a try. If you don't like 'em, send 'em back. I think you'll keep them. Glad I found these.

Handy, but uncomfortable
First things first, dont get these expecting them to be a replacement for a traditional welding hood. For 90% of applications, a welding hood is the better option, these just cover the remaining 10%Pros, these are way more compact than a welding hood. If youre welding in weird spots like under a truck frame, there just isnt room for a traditional hood, but these are small enough to slip pretty much wherever. They work how you expect, the auto-darkening works fine and the protection is goodCons, these are incredibly uncomfortable. This is a subjective thing, but honestly, they dont fit me comfortably at all. The included clip-on shield is an absolute joke, tons of light leakage. Get something to cover the rest of your face or you will regret it. The inner glass fogs up pretty easy, after about 10 minutes youll need to stop and wipe off the interiorConclusion, id buy these again if my pair died, but i also do a lot of welding under trucks, so the pain of wearing these is more than balanced out by the convenience i gainEdit 03/17/23 - Well, this ones disappointing, after a scant 2 months of extremely light use, maybe 4 hours total of actual use, these are dead. The auto-darkening doesnt work unless sensitivity and shade are both set to max, and even then only the very center of the view actually darkens. Readers are invited to take a guess at how i figured this out. New batteries didnt solve it, ive got a message in with YesWelder but previous experience with their customer service department tells me that im probably now stuck with a $70 paperweight. Guess theyll make for decent flame-cutting goggles if nothing else, but still, disappointing for them to die so soon

Very clear view but uncomfortable.
View is surprisingly clear. Just as good as a miller digital infinity clearlight 2.0, and that's no lie. However, it's uncomfortable. Not to the point of being unusable, but mildly irritating. For the price point, was worth the money to be able to make some tight, out of position welds that I otherwise couldn't make with my massive digital infinity
