Fantastic book with fun and educational activities, very nicely done and entertaining for little ones. My 4 year old absolutely loves it.

With a grandchild this age, I was keen to check this book out. The book starts outs with alphabet practice. Each page features a different letter and a different game/activity. The entire book is colourful and animated, drawing your child in. Patterns and numbers, including counting by 2s, 5s and 10s are also featured in this book. The activities will teach your child how to follow simple instructions.This book would also work well for those older children with special needs. Depending on the ability of your child some of the activities may be more suited for someone a little older. My kids would have LOVED this book when younger. In fact, if I let one of them have it now they would do it just for the fun of it!The author is a former kindergarten/reception teacher along with having a masters in early childhood education. She has written this book to be fun i.e. children enjoy the activities so much they do not even realise they are learning. IMPORTANT TO NOTE that this book was written by an American so some of the spellings will be different i.e. colour will be color! I was provided a copy of this book by the publisher. The media could not be loaded. I bought this kindergarten workbook for my 5-year-old to keep her engaged over the summer, and it worked like a charm. It not only kept her busy but also prepared her for the upcoming school year. What I love most is that it aligns with the school's curriculum, making it an excellent educational tool for young learners.

This is an excellent resource for teaching or enforcing what a child needs to know in school. Can also be used as mommy and me time or daddy and me time. It’s easy enough for even a parent to use. Lol.
