This mop was purchased to clean my laminate floor throughout the ground floor. I thought sensably I must not get the floor to set and this seemed the ideal tool for that job. It arrived on time and was well packaged . The pads seem to be good quality and having spares was greatly appreciated. It also came with a window cleaning attachment again which was appriciated. So initially it seemed like a good buy. I soon found that I had purchased what is known in the car trade as a mugs eyefull. The spray worked well and the mop pads prevented no build up of water on the floor. However it Leaks more than the Trump regime. Water constantly runs out of the tank soaking the floor making the whole thing a pointless exersise. Like most you get did of the packaging on day one of you would not be able to move around your house. Sending it back would mean getting a box packing it up driving a few miles to the post office eff etc. So again like many many others I will end up giving it as it's useless for my needs. This seems to be a regular event with a lot of Amazon purchased . I am going to have to start going to the shops where you can return stuff without all the hassle.

Bought this for hard floors and it generally works great. The reservoir holds a decent amount of liquid cleaner and the spray is really effective, it sprays a fan about 18 inches wide just in front of the removeable washable cloth attachment. It feels really sturdy when you use it and is flexible enough to glide under our couch. The only negative we have is that sometimes it will stop spraying when you puill the trigger. To remedy this rather than sending it back you just have to seperate the handle in the middle where the to halves clip together and spray some wd40 down into where the spray mechanism is, it then works perfectly again for a few weeks.

I really like this mop. It cleans really well and really easily and the base of the mop moves well and gets into corners brilliantly. It was slightly tricky putting a couple of the sections together when I was assembling it but I got there in the end. I don't think its the highest quality manufacture and that's why a couple of the holes didn't quite match up but it once its together it does the job. I don't think I'll go back to standard mops now! The only thing to note is online it mentions the tube in the water bottle is only to be used when using the mop up i.e. when washing windows but there is no mention of that in the instructions in the box. It comes with the tube attached so if you don't know to remove it you might wonder why it's not working properly on floors.

I was super exited (I know cleaning is such an adventure)Easy to use, great material, super light etcThe only thing is it is plastic and not a very sturdy one. After about 3-4 uses (Only have laminate floors in the entire house)- so 200sqm x4 it broke. The ‘head’ first fell of as the mechanism which when you assemble for the first time-you just ‘click’ it to the pole just snapped.I first wanted to throw this away but I’m hopeing that I might get to the seller and request another mopping part!Otherwise served well for the 4 times I used it.

After several attempts to find the perfect mop this is IT. I didn't initially see the instructions in the surprisingly small box for putting it together [ they were hidden in the spare heads ] but it was easy to do anyway. It all fits together in a flash and comes with 3 spare microcloth heads and a window attachment. The sprayer is simple to use, I fill it with half water half white vinegar, and depending on how you angle the handle sprays wherever you need the water. You can get into most corners unless they are very narrow and best of all when you have finished the floor is not wet. When finished remove microcloth head [ easy ] rinse under the tap and dry it - all so simple. Also you can dismantle the handle for storage. Well made terrific product . I am absolutely delighted with it.

Dear mop, where have you been all my life? I was lost but now I see. I see floors that sparkle with minimal effort. I see a huge reduction in my water usage. I see a beautiful, clean mop head every time, I just pop the dirty one in the wash. Dear mop, all those years, wasted, before I met you. What a loon! Yes, I am now looking forward to mopping (!), my husband thinks I have another man. I look at the floors and I don't think, "uuurrrr I've got to run a bucket of water and heave it around the place" and don't have to wait 20 minutes for them to dry. I may possibly love this mop more than my children and definitely more than my husband. I find myself willing one of them to spill something just so I can mop it up! This a love affair for sure!

This is perfect for me. I have no room to store a mop and bucket anyway but wouldn't want to now. The head is wide and slim and the grippers are VERY strong. As it's thin and overlaps the edges slightly it can get under anything. The handle swivels so you can easily manoeuvre the cleaning head. The spray feature means I don't have to overwet the floor and it dries much more quickly.When you're done just pull away the fibre cloth and wash it out then store the handle. As the mop head swivels vertically it takes up very little space indeed. I have mine upright alongside my ironing board. No smelly mop drying out. The pad washes easily and dries quickly outside or on the radiator.

The mop is actually really easy and practical to use just mop and wash the cloth - put a clean spare one on. The window cleaning option is actually really useful... a great addition.Negative - yes it leaks. Can’t figure out why. But when I’ve finished with it I store it upright if there is solution left. Doesn’t leak terribly but after 24hrs the slow drip will empty your container.Still glad I bought it because it’s so easy, light and efficient to use.
