They installed great, looked great, and worked nicely. However, after not that long, they stopped working properly. When I try to raise the blind all the way up it takes several minutes, like the mechanism inside is worn out. We don’t open and close them every day so it’s not like they get abused. We wanted to love these but I could not buy again after the durability issue.

I was pleased with the shades at first - it was so nice to be able to pull the shade up or down at will. Then the first one stopped going all the way up. And now 3 of them have stopped working properly. The ones I use the most are the ones that aren't working, which is really frustrating. I guess I could change them out, but I would imagine they all would not work then. Very disappointed.

Easy install, easy instructions but I didn’t realize problems until holes were drilled and my product was installed.1) Bows in the middle2) Bottom Right side sits lower than the left. 3) there is a visible defect horizontally across the middle of the blinds.Ugly and unprofessional.

I would like to give this item a better review because the blinds are nice and seem to work well. The issue I have is that the description does not state clearly enough that you need to purchase a width smaller than the width of your window for an inside mount. Most companies ask you to give the exact measurements and they adjust the width to be just a little bit smaller. I checked the feed back and the answered questions and it was confusing as well since several mentioned that the blinds came a little narrower than they ordered. Long story short, I had them delivered to Europe at quite some expense with the shipping and duty and I barely could squeeze them into the window frame. I had to remove a couple of pieces of plastic from the ends in order to get them to fit.

Love the shade but the customer service from Achim was non existent. The plastic handle for the top bar was already broken when we pulled it out of it's bag from the box. This was disappointing, as my husband had already installed the shade and we just needed to attach these handles. Without the top one, the top down feature doesn't work. I called Achim during their business hours and nobody answered the phone, so I left messages, but they have not returned any phone calls. Very disappointed as I would have given it 5 stars if the shade was completely usable. Also disappointed we could only order a total of 4. We needed two for one room. Went back on to order 3 for the bedroom and they only allow you to buy a TOTAL of 4. So now we can have our rooms matching.

The shades are OK, but what Amazon is selling as a 35" by 64" shade is actually 31" wide - the information printed on the box by the manufacturer says 31" by 64", but for reasons unknown, Amazon puts a barcode label on the box calling it a 35" by 64" shade.If you need a shade that's 35" wide, it will be too narrow for you!

I'm not sure how to mitigate this issue of the blind not staying up. (See photo).I finally found someone to install these today. (10/18/20)The period of time to return this has passed. So, anyone have an idea how to fix this?OK, update...11/27/2020I have not received any correspondence from the manufacturer, though I did email them in October 2020, along with posting my question above.So now that both blinds (I bought 2 of the same size) are hanging the same way and no one has reached out to assist me with how to fix this, I now am downgrading my review to 1 star. I'll change it if I receive any help b/c other than the top not hanging properly, the product is working fine. If not, it's unfortunate that my front window looks like trash due to these blinds. I ordered one of these to start to see if we liked it. We did so order three more for our other windows in the rooms we just painted. Now this morning we realized that we would like one in our master bedroom also. I tried to order one but there is a limit of four. It doesn't say on the page anywhere that there is a limit. CS said that if I put in a number on the order amount, it would have told me there was a limit. Problem is, we didn't know it at the time we were ordering. His suggestion was to have a friend or family member order one for us, which I will do. Just annoying. Besides that, I love them! Easy to install and look great!

La caja en la que viene la persiana está rota por todos lados, compré otra persiana de diferente tamaño y en ella venía una caja con los brackets y accesorios para montarla, en esta cortina faltaba la caja para poder montar la persiana.También falta en la persiana uno de los cobertores de lado que se puede ver en una de las fotos que puse, en la persiana de atrás se puede apreciar que si lo tieneRealmente no me importa que la caja está destruida, pero si faltan artículos que son necesarios para su instalación está muy mal.

Worked perfectly for a window in front of a toilet. We can now have natural light coming in all the time without sacrificing privacy. Cannot see through it at all while still letting light in. The only thing that someone might be able to see from outside at night is a shadow but for us no shadow that can be cast onto it is revealing.

I would really have *LOVED* these if the package didn't arrive so beaten up and the blinds didn't have a small stain on them 😑I kept them because I couldn't go another day with my neighbors looking in my kitchen window 😐

Alittle hard to screw in the bracket, i've installed several of these and it was by far the hardest.other than that, its a good product.
