Amazing customer service and marker board!
The marker board is great! Works perfectly and comes with markers and an eraser. I love the markers, but the eraser is so-so. The board is beautiful. Customer service is amazing and so easy to work with too.

Too much weight for the leg’s weld
The media could not be loaded. In 7 months it is broken and we used around 4 times in our office. Very disappointing with this product.

Great dual-sided, glass-covered whiteboard. It is difficult to put together for a single person. Tools are self-contained, but the allen-wrench should b e longer and the technical writing instructions should be clearer.

Nice board - professional - needs higher quality.
The first one I bought (same model) is awesome. This second one is Meh in quality. Mainly as there is adhesive that has oozed out between the frame and the glass - on both sides of board and at different areas on the frame. This adhesive is quite visible and makes the unit look cheap. I am trying to razor it off a bit at a time. The board is well built and heavy. Easy to use and clean. 2 stars because of the diminished quality.

It works...
The dry erase board frame came dented but it didn’t hinder use, just looks banged up. Also, on the glass I had to remove stickiness left by tape in many places prior to use. Lastly, I couldn’t get the last step completed as it was too tight and the screws were difficult to get started but once they got going everything seemed to work.

Must have piece for any office
The glass is thick and sturdy. The metal frames support the board very well. I was surprised how heavy the board is. It’s a great asset to my library.I had a minor issue and contacted the support. They reply immediately and solved the problem. I appreciate the professional etiquette. I will definitely support their products. Checking what else are available in their store.
