This set of water dumbbells is perfect for my pools workouts. Enough resistance to get a good workout workout the bulk of the bigger sets. I would say the resistance on these is equal to the double blue water gear sets. The grip is soft and easy to hold. I would purchase these again.

Needed these for PT away from the rehab facility. They are awesome. I recommend a couple different sizes so as you progress you can swap them out.

Great for pool aerobics!
Easy to hold, these dumbells give great water resistance. Pool aerobics sessions aren't complete unless I use these!

Deceptively smaller than expected, but certainly has extra buoyancy
Don't be fooled when you think they aren't big enough to be X-large. They work quite well for added resistance compared to standard ones.

Very happy with my purchase. I had taken an aquafit class and wanted some dumbbells for my pool at home. These might be a bit larger than those used at the pool but I love them. Used them every day and look just like new.

Me agrado el pesó de este, si eres muy principiante o tienes alguna lesión estás no son para ti, ya que son más pesadas en el agua.Por ejemplo a mi mamá le compre otras más livianas.En general me gustaron.Mi único comentario es que es algo rasposo de donde se agarran y que me llego una de ellas con una rasgada.Espero no afecte y no se haga más grande.Pero si las recomiendo
