I am a handicapped 82 year old with limited physical abilities. This great headset allows me to conduct business over my phone without the stress of hanging onto an old-fashioned hand-held receiver. The additional benefits are that it allows me to conduct my business from home since other limitations make it very difficult for me to phisically "hop in the car" and travel to other various locations. I can even buy groceries online and have them delivered directly to my backdoor!! God Bless all the "reputable online sellers" who help make life more tolerable for people like me!!!

Standard. Not too bad for the price.

This worked perfect with my office phone. Makes work easier and the cord is long enough to keep working while talking to clients.

I purchased this headset in June 2019 and it worked great at the beginning, but in October 2020 it started having problems (i.e. the person on the other line could not hear me) and I stopped using it. It has a two year warranty, but the cost and hassle to ship the defective product back to the manufacturer is probably not worth it. I'm very disappointed.

I purchased this headset from SoundGreat Store and I’m happy to report that they stand behind their products. When my headset prematurely stopped working, I didn’t bother trying to contact the company because it seemed like it would be hassle. I just wrote short review to report to others my experience and ordered a new different headset. To my surprise SoundGreat Store contacted me and offered to send me a replacement headset free of charge. When the replacement arrived I was surprised again to find they had sent me not one, but two replacement headsets. Since I like the switch on these headsets better than the push and hold to mute on the other new headset I purchased (before SoundGreat had a chance to contact me), that one is going into storage to have as backup for when the two I just received inevitably wear out as all corded headsets do eventually. I will try to remember to update my review again when that happens to reflect how long the replacement headsets lasted.

I'm a senior citizen that still uses my land line phones on occasion. The headset is very convenient. I bought one for each of my land line phones.

People I speak with say my output volume is no more than half as loud as when I use the phone's standard handset. Not good!

I bought this because it was cheaper than buying new ear pads for my existing headset and less bother. I didn't expect good quality but I was pleasantly surprised. I only use this at weekends when I chat to my Mum for an hour. It is light and comfortable to wear and I'm sure if I was wearing it for longer than the hour I would still find it comfortable. I've had no need to alter the volume control so cannot comment on that and as for noise cancelling, it's only on one ear. The sound quality is good so overall I'm extremely happy.

Funciona bien en todos los aspectos. La próxima vez tal vez adquiera una gama superior ya que este es un poco justo si se hace un uso continuado.

Finalmente posso usare l’auricolare con il telefono cordless. Metto 4 stelle solo perché il jack nn è totalmente stabile.
