Item was sent in jiffy bag ,which isnt acceptable packaging for item .it is faulty as well. And also has a dent in it .not a happy customer to be honest.

We like our owl, its decorative and amusing.As a decoy to scare birds it fails, they don't notice it,but we are keeping it in the garden as a decoration

This product was very light and we had to adapt it to put it out on the balcony.

This product arrived wrapped in a plastic bag. Although the outside of the product was undamaged, the interior mechanism completely broken up apart and rattling loose inside, thus product not working as advertised.
