Customer service here is fantastic - unfortunately my package arrived with a hole dug in the box, and one of the side pieces to the stand was damaged. I contacted their support team over the weekend, and first thing Monday morning they got back in touch with me. By Tuesday, they had a replacement piece shipped at no cost, which arrived two days later. Truly impressive! Side note: it came with an overabundance of screws, which is a nice change of pace from some other vendors!The stand itself looks amazing - it was a little wobbly while I was getting it assembled (fairly typical for camlock-style assembly), but once I finished and installed the backing it is rock-solid now. The stand itself looks amazing, fits right in with my living room and looks very classy. I don't think I'll trust it to hold my weight, but it looks great storing my TV accessories in style.

I love this T.V. stand, it took a couple hours to put together but is well worth it. Although the instructions to put together was very explicit and went smooth. It looks beautiful in my living room, I am very happy with this purchase.

This is great for smaller living rooms. It looks very nice, is sturdy and the wood color matches other more expensive furniture. It does have the folding backing (a thinner piece of wood) that is typical of less expensive furniture but, this is not noticeable up against the wall. It has glass in the door panels and two full shelves (adjustable height). I may buy another for my bedroom.

If you have ever assembled Ikea furniture, this cabinet will be easy to assemble: it's held together with cam locks and dowels. You will need a #2 phillips screwdriver. The assembly instructions are clear and well organized. When assembling the unit pay attention to front vs. back: I accidentally put the middle shelf in backward and didn't notice until I had tightened all the cams, so a bit of wasted time but no serious problem. I found it convenient to use an impact driver when screwing on the back, not because the screws were hard to drive but because there are 16 of them.My unit came with a warped top, so after putting the top on I added a corner brace to pull it down to the cross bar. I just clamped the top down with 2 clamps, and placed the corner brace. That worked fairly well.As others have noted, the unit is not deep enough to accomodate larger audio equipment, so I cut out a square hole 18" x 8" using a jigsaw.There have been many questions about the dimensions of this piece, and answers ranging from "I don't know" to "about [some wrong answer]". Needed a tv media cabinet to fit in a smallish space, that could hold the various electronics and devices. This one is perfect! 36 inches wide, and taller than most other “tv stands”, with plenty of room for all of our stuff. Looks a lot more expensive than it cost. Easy to assemble. Very happy with this purchase.

The TV stand arrived in great condition—with the exception of one damaged piece. I don’t believe it was the company’s fault because everything was packaged and wrapped so well.I called customer service to tell them about the damaged piece. I had to leave a voicemail message. I never really thought I would get a call back, but I did. I had a return call within 10 minutes after leaving my message. I told the representative about the damaged piece. The piece had a number on it and I gave her the number. She apologized and said they would send me a replacement. She was friendly and very helpful. Within hours I received an email with a tracking number telling me that the piece was on its way. That was a Thursday night when I called and by Tuesday afternoon, I had the piece and was able to put the stand together. The piece was wrapped in styrofoam, bubble wrap, and in a large box so that there was no way the replacement piece was going to be damaged—and it wasn’t damaged! They got everything right—color, wood, etc.!!!!!!!The stand is a very beautiful piece. It took me about two hours to put it together, but I was taking my time. Everything aligned, all the pieces were there, no scratches, etc. It was very easy. I have never been putting various furniture pieces together for years, and I have never seen such great instructions as I have with this piece.The company believes in 100% customer satisfaction, and they live up to their word. I am so pleased how they worked with me to make things right. You don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. I would highly recommend the TV stand because, for one thing, it’s beautiful and because of the Customer Service that I experienced.

This is a very good looking cabinet. Dark Wood, glass doors, shelves, and sturdness make an all fine addition to the room. Also the price is reasonable.My only negative is that you have to be experienced to assemble. It's difficult to assemble and we finally had an experienced person assemble for us . Took one and a half hours. Looking Good now 👌.
