It took us about 45 minutes to assemble this. We organized all the labeled pieces on the table and then put it together. To make the piece look more expensive I went to Lowe’s and bought heavier grade handles and pulls. It cost about another $16 but makes the cabinet look great. Remember to bring in one of the handles with you if you do this because it you want to make sure you buy the handles that match the pre-drilled holes or you will be making a second trip to Lowe’s. I love this cabinet and its has great storage.

Do you hate your spouse? Are you looking for a reason to get divorced? Then boy howdy this oversize pile of garbage masquerading as a "Desk" is for you! Watch in amazement when you hand tighten connectors and the particle board cracks, feel the rush of ultimate frustration as you try to align the pieces to put the top on. Know the agony of defeat when you lift the desk to move it and the top and the ledge of the top snaps. Feel the pure unfiltered rage boil through your veins as you and your spouse argue over who's finger is in the way when you attempt to install shelving that HAS NO PINS ON ONE SIDE TO KEEP IT IN PLACE!If you absolutely insist on buying this here are some tips:1. It includes glue... USE EVERY DROP, the dowels for alignment are far too small for the holes in the pieces. LIBERALLY glue them in and let those things dry overnight in place.2. When they say hand tighten... they mean baby hand tighten. If your toddler can help you put the screws in, then get them to do it... maybe you won't crack the boards then... 50/50 chance.3. Keep a couple clamps handy. This thing will crack and break at the slightest (and I mean slightest) nudge... you're gonna have to glue those cracks and clamp them together to repair.4. Buy felt pads for the legs. This thing wobbles more than a drunkard at Oktoberfest without them.5. Get a discount card for marriage counseling before starting this project

This buffet is excellent. It was easy to put together, is sturdy and has nice features like soft-close doors. We bought some little LED lights to light up the glass doors as it has opening for wires. Fit and finish is impressive, no missing or damaged pieces, no chemical smell and is a great cabinet for the price. It was the first item we purchased by Walker Edison and have purchased two additional items since and they have all been great. Yes, I would recommend this buffet.

I bought this desk for my wife's office, after being tasked to find a desk which met a very specific list of criteria:- White color- Less than 4 feet wide- open on the LEFT side- Locking filing cabinet- Scratch-proof top- Less than $300As you can guess, my options were extremely limited. This desk was much lower in price than most desks matching her wish list, and has pretty awful reviews.... so I took a chance on this one.Pros:- This desk looks really nice fully assembled. You'd never know it was a "cheap" desk.- It's solidly made. I had no issues with any poorly manufactured parts or dings/dents/scratches... everything was really well packed.- The instructions were very clear (which was very important, given the number of parts)- It is sturdy when assembled.. no issues with wobbling.Cons:- the paint fumes emanating from this desk AWFUL, and it smells toxic. It took two weeks of us airing it out by leaving it in a vacant office with the window cracked, before the smell was gone. I would not want to sit in a closed room with this while it still smelled.- TONS of small parts. I think it came with ~50 pieces that needed to be assembled- Cam and dowel locking system to attach most pieces together, which meant very careful tightening and gluingTips:- DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE CAMS. They only need to be turned 90 degrees to fully lock in place.- Use ALL the glue. I also bought a small squeezable tube of white LiquidNails glue from Lowes, and ran a bead of glue on the edge of each drawer before attaching the drawer face piece.- Buy a piece of clear glass to put on top of the desk, for longevity. I ordered mine online for $100, and it was well worth it... never have to worry about scratching the top!- Install a filing cabinet lock for the filing cabinet. The lock costs about $5 on amazon. I drilled a hole in the top right front of the filing cabinet drawer, cut a 3/8" slot into the underside of the shelving above, and installed my own lock, which took about 20 minutes.So, despite it's flaws, this desk really has a lot going for it, and is reasonably priced for what you get. I had the benefit of reading other's misfortunes about overtightening the cams and cam locks, and not using enough glue, so I made sure to use extra glue and use a light touch with the screwdriver. With a little extra work I was able to transform this desk into something will last my wife many years to come. I took a chance on this desk, and I'm glad I did.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture and looks perfect in my living room. It seems pretty sturdy and strong. It took my husband and father and law about 2 1/2 hours to build, so it is time consuming. But it’s very classy and beautiful! I recommend it!

This item is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for what we wanted it for. We wanted something to put larger cooking appliances in our kitchen and the deep shelves work great. I am disappointed that some of the screws were missing. I tried messaging and never got a response. In the end we decided to get different knobs for it anyway because I’m not a brass fan so we got silver and white to go with it. My husband put it together by himself in an hour or two without any issues. I love it and am very happy with it.

I love my buffet table. I assembled it myself in about 3-4 hours. I swapped out the door pulls and legs that it came with, and added crystal knobs, acrylic door pulls and acrylic legs (also purchased from Amazon. I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the door hinges, but It's okay, I still love the outcome.

I like the design of the desk. I fit perfectly in the small space we had for it. It sustained minor shipping damage in two places, one of which had to be repaired before assembly could proceed. The fold-down front of the keyboard drawer, which consists of two pieces of wood glue together, had come unglued, except for one end, when it arrived. I spread the unglued pieces apart so there was a crack that I could pour beads of Titebond-III glue on each surface and allow it to run down to where the crack ended. I spread the wet glue beads so they covered each surface and then I clamped drawer front pieces together, wiped up the squeezed out excess glue and let the glue dry. In the end the desk looks really good and functions well.

Nice desk, but surface marks and chips easily. Also, you should know that the file drawer is designed for A4 paper or other larger European sizes.
