STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM SELLER, NO APOLOGIES OR EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THIS WONT CHARGE AFTER A WEEKS USE, SHOCKING SERVICE Got this for my autistic sons birthday and withing a day noticed a huge problem with charging, the charger provided didn't even fit properly doesn't go all the way in so won't charge unless you sit and hold the charger in, tried other chargers turns out the problem is the charging port, now won't charge, my sons birthday has been ruined, no way should this be happening with a brand new item, £80 is actually alot to me as I don't work because I care full time for my disabled son, should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

This item is a 9.5" tablet and not a 10.1" tablet as advertised otherwise it seems ok.

Good simple cheap

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He only has this for a couple of hours and it slipped off the couch and the screen smashed.I can't get it repaired because no one will fix it.. My other 2 children have dropped their tablets a few times and they haven't broke.

It's ok for the price paid.
