Use them in the garage
I still use these halogen lights in the garage versus the compact florescent. They are a soft white light and provide great illumination. Will buy again.

Excellent for my migraines.
I have constant and multiple type migraines so I need these bulbs to read by and see. My eyes are irritated by the fluorescent bulbs and blur my vision. LEDs cause other issues. These have helped tremendously, unless my migraine at the time needs lights low.
