We like that this workbook started off with teaching all of the different strokes that are used to compose Chinese characters. The later part of the book will teach some easy characters step by step. The book is not intimidating at all, our child did many pages on the first day we showed this book to her.

I wanted my kids to learn to read and write some basic chinese characters, this is the perfect book for the them. My kids loved those small exercise that get you use to chinese character strokes. Highly recommended for all beginner chinese characters learner.

I love this. My 4 yr old is able to follow the instructions and practice chinese.
