I like this product. It is mt go to acrylic paint for everything I do. I do a lot pf craft like paint projects a a little amateur painting.These work for and on everything.The are versatile and easy to mix and thin as needed.You get a decent size of basic colors, a set of brushes and the box.The box has room for more paints, brushes, a small palate, jar or whatever you would like to store and put away easily. Convenient.

Lots of color options.

Before I bought these paints, I read all the reviews and most of them seemed pretty positive. And they should be! These paints are wonderful! But I was curious as to why some people gave them 1 or 2 stars, and had complaints.So, I read those low-scored reviews and here is what I saw. The negative reviews all addressed the same issues: they said that the paint was thin, watery, transparent; they said the colors were not rich; they said that the tube was not filled all the way; they said that the paint squirted out upon opening the tube. This told me a lot, so I ordered the paints and knew what to do. Just do this when you get your set-- shake the tube of paint before opening it!!! The tube is not filled all the way full because it needs room for the paint to blend when you shake it! Acrylic paint, as do all paints, separate when left still for awhile. So, before you twist off the cap of the tube, shake it firmly for several seconds. The "empty" space in the tube will allow for the paint to blend as you shake it. Then, hold the tube with the cap upright and then twist the cap off. The paint will not squirt out or splatter. The paints are rich and creamy with vibrant colors! They cover with one brush stroke. And, they blend beautifully together when you use more than one color while they are still wet. Plus, you only need to use a small dollop--not a lot--for the paint to go a long way. I am going to get another set for myself, even though I just now started using this one, and I am going to get one for my boyfriend, too. They will work wonderfully in his airbrush, as well as traditional paint brushes. Don't be scared off by negative reviews. Just shake the tube before using!!

I finally found a paint that paints on resin and plastic items. Great dense paint. Wide variety of colors. Adheres really nicely, I am in love with this paint.

This is on me, I should have payed more attention to the description. The paints and the box itself are much smaller than expected, however, the colors look great in person and these are good quality paints so the price makes sense. I’d recommend.

Bought these for my cousin who enjoys painting mini figures for D&D and other games. They were a great consistency, and dried very well on the small figures. They only took one coat for full coverage, but we're not so thick that the figures lost details in the paint. Definitely good coverage for such inexpensive paints. Overall a very well made paint set that looked very good on his figures.

Smaller tubes than I was expecting but works great. This set is an excellent starter kit to see if you like iridescent paints.

I use to use these paints in college. Although these are student level paints they can also be used by professional artists. The quality is outstanding even at the student level. I didn’t have metallic paints that’s why I purchased these paints. The price is reasonable.

Bought for my Niece, She loved it. she is an artist and loved how vibrant the paint is. I would highly recommend this product.

Colors are rich and stand out beautifully. I was surprised how 20ml could go a long way

The Basics sets are my personal favourite budget acrylics. Great gift to give young artists who are exploring painting and don't want to spend tons of money on the fancy stuff. Mixes well, doesn't get clumpy, and comes in a variety of colours. The tubes are easy to use, very little clogging and the paint itself provides plenty of coverage with one application.

Nice colours, quality as expected.
