Do not buy. The mower blade turned off 4-5 times during the first mow while the switch was on. By the end of the first mow, the switch stopped working altogether. My repair man who told me that I needed a new switch told to avoid these types of products. I should have listened

Be careful when ordering. Look at the part on your machine and the advertised picture. If the missing spade on the connector is in the wrong location it will not fit. This is a quality part, but will not fit JD L100 series mowers.

Having this mower for apprx 12 yrs, the switches must not be made to last, (Shocking huh?) needing a new PTO switch every 6 yrs or so. I don't use my machine in commerical or what I'd call heavy use. Maybe this replacement switch, advertized as "10 Amp Upgraded" it won't wear out as quickly. Just installed it yesterday (July 2020) and it works fine. Hope I'm around another 5-10 yrs to see if it will last. NOTE: Ordered this on Friday, and received it the following Monday, so I appreciate the seller's fast shipping.

It was a direct replacement on my Cub Cadet LT 1018.It pushed into the rectangular opening and I could use the same keeper. It had the same size spades and gave a firm snap to engage the switch.

Fit my harness on my cub LT 1045 perfectly. Switch works as expected to activate the blades. Simply replaces the stock switch fits great

This part was an exact replacement on a Cub Cadet lt1042. It fit the hole and all the connections are the same. Works great.
