We use Arnica Gel and Arnica roll on for aches, pains and bruises. Just roll it on and let it dry. The user can also rub the gel into the skin. We've used this for years and won't stop. It's a very handy remedy to have around.

I hope I can add pics to this later. This is my second purchase of an Arnica product, and this is best so far. I use it to fade all of my bruising, and to that end it's working great. I'm not sure this would be helpful for pain relief. I 100% recommend the "roll-on" format. It's long lasting, affordable, and easily absorbs into skin. Since I've learned about Arnica, next I'll try to research and choose a product with the highest concentration..

This arnica roller has been a game changer for sore muscles! It is so easy to apply and relieves pain within minutes. I used it on my back during my pregnancy and it helped immensely. It helped me get a good night of sleep, when I was really sore in the third trimester. Highly recommend!
