Dr. Seuss ABC 24" Panel Adventure, Fabric by the Yard

Not only a cute panel but a learning panel.

Love it. Very pleased with the panel. It is very cute and clever and of high quality I read many reviews that said their panels arrived with the letters out of order, but the panel I received starts with 'A' in the upper left corner like the photo shows and goes across and down in the correct order. I can use it as is as a wall hanging or cut the letters apart. There is plenty of space for seam allowance. I purchased the multi strip fabric as well for bordering and backing. The fabrics arrived in lightening speed as well. I ordered the fabric on a Monday and it arrived by Thursday afternoon, sooner than I was ready for it. Looking forward to making a project with this fun fabric.

I used this fabric to make learning quilts for my great-grandsons (age 1). I cut each letter square leaving a border around the letter so I could piece together on the edge of the color. I pieced the letters of their names together. I used a color coordinated "numbers" fabric cut into the same size squares, and another coordinating fabric for additional squares. I used black fabric between each square, except for the names, and between each row. I am very happy with the finished quilt.

Seems to be good quality, but a few notes for anyone planning a project with this:Another commenter said that each square was 4.5 x 5 inches, but they are in fact 5 x 5 inches each.There's a full inch of white space in between each square, so plenty of room for seam allowances.And then the reason for my -1 star: You can't count on how the panel is cut. Don't count on there being .5 inches of space along the cut edges of the fabric (it will be cut down the long side of the rectangle). You can't guarantee that you'll get the full panel as shown, you'll get all of the squares, but it might start with the B column and end with the A column, so if you want the full panel intact for your project order 2 and you'll get one big piece of fabric with both panels on it - but it will probably be something like B, C, D, A, B, C, D, A, if that makes sense.

I created a wall-hanging quilt with this fabric as a baby shower gift. It was beautiful. The quality, the length of the fabric And the colors. The recipient loved it.

This material was matched with the Dr. Suess strip panel. A baby quilt was made. Good quality fabric. All we expected it to be.

This panel proved to be perfect for a quilt I made for a future great grandchild.
