Beautiful light fitting. Two choices of light. The fan is very powerful but very quiet. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Easy to install via u tube guidance as instructions were pants. Dissapointing that you have to go through each light brightness to get to what you want rather than having individual options on remote. Speed is done individually. Remote should really be designed the other way round, but this is a minor design flaw. On the whole I love this fan light. Looks lovely on and off and the fan beats all expectations. Also very quiet. I Am ordering another.

We did a lot of research and this fan seemed to meet what we ideally wanted for our bedroom as it is on the 2nd storey in the roof space & can get very warm in the summer.We looked at the video link sent with the email that arrived at the same time as the fan. We played it over several times step by step and followed it as best we could. We changed the setting on the video to slow play and used pause.The paper instructions that came with the fan was definitely not adequate enough - at least for our comprehension. The video showed to fit the light part first and then fit to the ceiling but the paper gave the impression to fit the light part once the motor was on the ceiling. We suggest the video was definitely the best way.My husband had to add some wood into the loft to help carry the weight for fitting the motor/light etc to the ceiling. The whole thing is VERY heavy. We think it may not be possible for a downstairs ceiling with rooms above in a normal UK constructed house.My husband bought some crimping clips to ensure the electric connections were good. There werent any provided.The first time we got everything fitted the fan did not work - we were so disappointed as it had taken 4 hrs.We decided to try again the next day and my husband checked all the connections and there was one that had come adrift hence why he then went and bought some crimps to hold the connections. It took another few hours - it was painstakingly slow and frustrating but eventually we got there and it worked - woohoo!!We are very happy with the fan and its working very well. It is quiet especially on the low setting.The 3 light settings are also good to have. The light on full is very bright which is helpful on occasions but mostly the low setting is our favourite.You will need patience if fitting your self but once its done its done and you can sit back and enjoy! So pleased with the end result

We had a problem with the original fan but it was replaced without fuss by Moerun support. The fan was easy to install, is whisper quiet and looks really good, we are very happy with our purchase.

Instructions were useless had to watch videos on You Tube which were all different. LED panel didn't fix to light above and is floating on shade. Seemed to be only one magnet to hold it up.

First of all the good bits the fan light is absolutely brilliant really quiet and looks great too.Now for the not so good bits instructions are very poor need some experience in putting up fan lights , when enquirered about that they sent an excellent PDF by email. Secondly the manufacturers quality control is not so good missing a few parts like screws and wire connectors plus there were a couple of glass crystals loose so had to secure them myself. Overall a very good fan light but could be better. Ps still waiting for my missing parts hope the turn up soon as it will finish it off brilliantly.

Si no has montado alguna antes, no vas a saber. Cableado distinto del habitual.
