I did not know what to expect. But this rug did not disappoint. Hides dirt and stains, unlike my last beige one. Pet friendly (so far). Very modern looking with a nice subtle pattern.

This is a pretty rug, but does not appear olive at all. We needed the olive coloring to match an accent wall - which it did not and Amazon made it right with a quick return and replacement… great service and turn around time. The pile is soft and looped.

I purchased the IVORY--I really loved this rug but it has only been a few months and it looks like it has been walked on for 5 years already. Very POOR QUALITY !!! I have purchased MANY rugs from this maker and still have them all. Some going on 6 years...but this one unfortunately is garbage. Wish I could send it back.........

The rugs arrived on time, and they were very thick, fairly soft and seemed to be good quality at a fair price. My only issue with returning them is that the color was off. I ordered ivory, but there was too much gray in the rug. It didn't go with my brown and tan wood floor. I didn't notice a smell, and of course didn't have a chance to clean the rug.

Color reminds me of a flowing river. Gold color is very subtle to non existent. Shipped rolled not folded so lays flat almost immediately. Very happy with this cozy rug.

I really wanted a natural fiber rug for my son’s room but was on a tight budget. I bought this with reasonable hopes of it working out. Others complained of puckering but mostly those seemed to be with runners. This is an 8x10 and while the colors are nice and it’s soft, not too much shedding, it is still puckered in the middle. I have tried steaming it and laying an XL dog bed on it and then have used a 4x6 weighted blanket on it. It has improved over the 3 weeks or so I’ve had it, but I am losing hope now of it ever laying flat. Not sure if I will return due to the hassle. But it is disappointing.

Carpet it’s thick and has nice soft feel. I’m still studying the color to see if it is right for my space but would consider using somewhere else if doesn’t work in hallway

I ordered cream. The rug I received is a lot darker than the photos and it is grey. Instead of a cream colored rug with accent colors speckled throughout it is grey. Grey grey. I can’t return it because I cut the plastic it arrived in and tomorrow’s forecast is rain. I’m too conscientious to return it in a haphazard wrapping so I will be disappointed with this grey rug when I asked for cream. Grey isn’t cream. Ugh. Don’t buy this if your room design is light neutrals. Item does not match the photo at all. I got rug catfished!
