Not a recipe book!
The media could not be loaded.  I’m giving this 3 stars because although it’s not a recipe book, it is a decent running journal. I bought it for my husband and myself to plan our meals together and it is 100% useless for that. There’s maybe 12 recipes in the entire book. The rest is just a calendar. I can buy a calendar for $5 if I wanted, but why would anyone want a paper calendar these days when there are so many free apps that serve exactly that purpose? I don’t need a calendar/journal so I’m returning it.

Great meal planner
I'm a runner but you don't have to be to like this planner. There is a little space each day to track mileage/time, but you could use that for any type of activity. I looked at SO MANY meal planners and so happy with this one. Why? 1. covers the whole year/52 weeks 2. large space for writing meals/snacks each day (I use one of the "snack" sections to write goals for my diet) 3. recipes sprinkled throughout 4. thick paper/sturdy 5. note page each week

Awesome!
I love the layout of this meal planner. There’s enough space write each meal out, even if it’s an involved description. Another fun feature are the two blank/dotted pages after each week to write your grocery list and what you need to prep for the week. I love this and just take the whole book with me when I go grocery shopping.
