Great for motivation
So I only really use the journal for calories eaten plus the workouts I did! Just to stay consistent and and track what I did in real life. Not just on my phone. And what I texted my personal trainer. And I lost 2.5 lbs in one week @turqoisegirl22 ON IG

Helps me keep accountability
Loosing or maintaining weight is a science between dietary intake, exercise and, sleep. This journal has really helped keep me accountable for all of it. I like that it has the divided sections for all off that. The only downside about this product is that it is a little small. I don't have the best handwriting and it forces me to write pretty small. Over all for the quality of the book is worth the price.

Exactly what I was looking for.
This is the perfect wellness journal for my needs. There’s a perfect spot to write down meals, workouts, and track water and sleep. The little stickers are a cute fun bonus.

Portable and easy to use
I love the size of the Petite Planners that Erin Condren has come out with, and I love this wellness planner. It's a great concise way to track any workout/exercise plans and to meal plan. I did use their actual meal planner but felt there was far too much wasted space (I mean who really needs a place to write out your menus?). I love the fact at the beginning of each month you have an area to put in a few goals and what you want to track.

Perfect for what I want and need to journal in my weight loss journey
I like the simplicity of my daily stats. It’s perfect for my own personal needs and everything is there at a glance for the week that I like to record. I love it.

The Best Wellness Planner
I like this version of the Wellness Petit Planner best (there's another edition that doesn't work so well for me). I like the trackers at the bottom and the small section on self-care. After five weeks, there's a monthly summary where you can talk about what went well in the last month, the progress you made, and what you'll try out the next month. It's really helped me stay on top of my health!

Très déçu, il était inscrit que c’etais Une grosse agenda ... a son arriver les dimensions n’etais pas... je ne commanderai plus jamais a ce fournisseur.... pour 30$ avoir une aussi petite agenda sa n’as pas de bon sens .

I guess I should have read the dimensions as I was very disappointed in the price I paid for a very small journal.
