Q: Do the lights turn on when you leave the room also?

I had two routines—one to turn the lights on when motion is detected and another to turn the lights out when motion is no longer detected. They were working perfectly until the first week of November 2020 when both of my motion sensors ceased detecting when motion is “not detected.” Since that time, you can no longer trigger any action in any routine by selecting when motion is not detected.

Q: Can this be powered with standard USB and connected via wifi to an echo dot?

Have a unit and powers on fine but I don’t think the motion sensor is connected via WiFi / or sends the motion detection signal to the Alexa devices through WiFi nor Bluetooth, seems sending that via USB port only

Q: Is there somewhere to get an electronic copy of the manual?

Q: Can you set the times you want motion detection to work? I don't want my lights to turn on during the day, only at night.

You can set routines to do this. Create a new routine, select motion sensor under “when this happens” and you can then select a specific timeframe you’d like the motion sensor trigger. You can then create another routine, follow the same instructions, choose “not detected, choose the same time frame and then use the motion sensor to turn the lights off after no motion has been detected for a chosen period of time. I use this for when I go into my living room/kitchen between 11pm-6pm and turn on the lights when it detects motion. When no motion is detected for 5 minutes, the lights turn off.
