I have this frame a three star but please read as to why because it’s important.Firstly, I want to say that the frame looks wonderful, it’s not a horrible mess to assemble or anything- it’s just not “easy”. As for sturdiness, we tightened everything properly and even used lock tight on some areas but still after a few months you can feel and hear where it is coming loose. Could I take the mattress off and keep repairing it weekly? Probably, but I shouldn’t have to. We bought this to avoid purchasing a heavy wooden frame but it seems we have no choice.Oh and the use I am speaking of is not just sleep. My wife and I engage in uh well we smash hard af so that probably contributed to the loosening. No pun intended.

A couple of thoughts about this frame: I think it's sturdy, nice to look at, and relatively easy to put together. My only complaint is regarding quality control: my item arrived scratched and dented on several places, and also with no instructions (I had to follow-up with seller to get a copy of these, which they sent to me pretty quickly, thankfully). I would hope for just a bit more at this price point.Update: One of the metal legs broke after less than a year, unfortunately. When I contacted the company, they were quick to respond and replaced the leg at no cost. They also offered a partial refund for the frame having arrived scratched/dented. With each issue, they were sure to follow-up to make sure everything worked out ok. A couple of modifications that I made, which helped to make the bed frame much better: WD-40 for all the metal-on-metal areas, and purchasing no-move furniture pads. After these things were completed, the bed frame seems to work great.

This frame is awesome! I could not believe how nice this was for the price. Its extremely sturdy and heavy. While I do wish that the base board was a little bit higher because we have a 14 inch mattress on it, this frame still looks great! The instructions are a little bit fuzzy and some of the pieces were a little odd to figure out the correct way, but its pretty straight forward and it went together quickly. From opening up the box and getting everything all out, to finally getting the mattress in place, only took us about 30 minutes from start to finish. As time goes on I will update this review to see how it holds up over time.

I was contacted by the company and they have great costumer service. They were willing to correct the issue with my bed. My bed was making noises. I really love the bed, it has a modern look. The bed is very sturdy and the wood panels have a nice finish! I recommend this product, especially after experiencing great service from the company.

The package arrived at my doorstep intact and with no damage. The pieces inside, were all wrapped and protected wonderfully to avoid scraping or damage. It was easy to assemble (took less than 20 minutes) with easy to follow directions.My only reason for NOT giving the product a 5 star rating is because even with all of the protection that went into a safe delivery, the product was packaged with slight damage on the foot board in the way of a ding indentation. Fortunately, it is shadowed by bedding, but it was still disappointing to find any damage, as I never would have purchased a piece that was dented like this.

Overall nice item, had some hardware issues that were corrected by the seller. Good communication

I was expecting something better than what I got. Some parts weren't even labeled and some were labeled wrong. The foot board had a jagged metal corner. Makes it hard to put together when the pieces aren't labeled correctly.UPDATE: After my review the seller reached out to me to make things right and offered me a refund or replacement. With this great customer service I feel like I can now recommend this mattress because even if there is a problem with the purchase the seller will make it right!

Great bed frame, looks amazing. If you follow the instructions, it’s insanely easy to put together; it took about 20 minutes. I was a little worried because I saw other reviews that said it was squeaky — I don’t have this issue at all. It’s a great height, and I have yet to stub my toe on it. Amazing! Highly recommend.Only thing that would make this easier was if the little tools were magnetic so they didn’t fall out a ton while I was tightening screws.
