Rear Wiper Arm Blade - for 2007-2015 Mini Cooper R56 - MIKKUPPA Back Windshield Wiper Assembly Replacement 61622754285

Product arrived 1 day after ordering. I first thought it didn't fit, installing it on cold evening. After watching installation YouTube video noticed that wiper motor should have grooved spindle. Went out with flashlight and found that part of old wiper arm was still sticking on the spindle, blocking the new, MIKKUPPA arm. After removing debris and clearing the grooves with flat screwdriver, replacement arm fit perfectly. Make sure you don't lose the nut as the replacement arm does not come with one. Also be careful removing the wiper blade from the arm, mine broke, but fortunately the rubber part slides out easily, so I could re-use the old wiper blade holder which seemed sturdier than the MIKKUPPA one.

It broke before I even put it on the car. It was my fault, I tried to move it the wrong way and it cracked. Then I dropped it and it shattered into three pieces. I’ll probably order it again and try to be more gentle. It was the same as the one on the car so I’m guessing it isn’t that bad as long as you can get it on safely. Seems like it shouldn’t be that flimsy.
