Aquasphere Seal II Adult Unisex Swimming Goggles Made in Italy - Widest Field of Distortion Free Leak Free Seal Fog Resistant

I know that "real" swimmers tend to scoff at this type of goggle, but I find it works better for me and the shape of my head or orbital ridges or whatever because the normal goggles never seal properly around my eyes and always leak. I don't have that problem with these as long as I'm willing to really tighten them down AND I never break the seal once I've started swimming -- if I do that, all bets are off and they're just as likely to leak. Because I have to tighten them down to get them to seal on my face, the comfort isn't what I would hope for, especially on a long (2+ mile) swim day. BUT these are the ONLY goggles I've found that don't leak for me, so that makes them great for me and I'm willing to deal with the excessive tightness necessary to achieve that. I find the goggles better than 'normal' ones too when it comes to sighting in open water situations as these provide a much wider and clearer field of view.

My wife swims about a mile per day. Recently, she became more sensitive to how her competition-style goggles pressed against her eyes. So, with low expectations, I purchased this mask-style set of goggles for her. She has a slight frame and delicate facial features. I fully expected her to complain that the mask was too large and leaked. She has used it every day for the past 2 weeks and is thrilled. Great visibility and comfort with no leakage! I realize that everyone will not necessarily have the same experience due to variability in facial shapes/sizes.

My cousin recommended these to me and I didn't really understand why he raved about them so much. I'd never had any issues with the usual sporting goods store variety of goggles. But trusting him, I bit the bullet. I have absolutely no regrets. The comfort level is spectacular. I barely even notice I'm wearing them half the time. And the vision is much clearer and, as advertised, much wider than others I'd used. The only negative is minor: If I don't set them just right, there's minor leakage from the "skirt" on the bottom. Most of the time though, 0 leakage.Overall I'm sold on this brand, I'll probably never buy anything else.

I purchased these to go snorkeling, because I have a goatee and couldn't get diving goggles to seal over my mustache. They fit great and were easy to adjust. I jumped in feet first and they flew up on me. I fixed them and they sealed and worked great. After taking them off a couple times they started to fog, but that's easy to remedy. After reading the reviews about them scratching easily, I took precaution to keep them in the hard case they come with and away from any sand on the beach. I had no scratching issues. The 100% uv protecting is a nice bonus.

I first bought a pair of these around 2000. I loved them and they lasted for years. In fact, they lasted until 2013 when a lens finally was popped out by some strange waves while in Hawaii. This summer i decided i needed another pair of the exact same brand. I am so glad i found these on Amazon. They are amazing and now even come with their own plastic case. The goggles form a good seal as soon as you press them to your face, no leakage and no fogging!

I'm very impressed with this product. I use the for Open Water Swimming which is extra important to keep salt water out! I wear it very snug.....

This mask works fine for about a month of frequent use. However, the silicone is poor quality and loses its elasticity quickly causing the mask to leak. The biggest defect though is in the design of the latch that holds the strap tight. Again, after about a month the strap starts to come loose while swimming, also causing the mask to leak. Aquasphere used to provide a nice clear plastic case with this mask, however they cheaped-out and now it only comes in a disposable cardboard box. Shame, with a bit more care this could be a pretty good swimming mask.

When you first get these it’s thrilling. These are far more comfortable than typical swim goggles that imprint your eyes, but the suction of the softer silicone gasket can give within a month or so and you keep having to increase suction to keep the seal and you can tell it’s because the silicone is being affected by the pool chemicals even though washed after each use because it begins to turn cloudy. The lenses stay clear, but even the anti fogs do fog on occasion. Frankly it’s a hefty price to pay for less than a season’s use, but I haven’t found a better alternative yet. Let’s hope they keep improving to warrant the higher price point. In addition, the company did not respond to customer service requests to replace a strap that broke after less than a year’s use. That’s such a basic and easy customer service issue to handle - a simple replacement part option on their website would satisfy. I was surprised.

Gute Brille

I had a similar pair of Aqua Lung water glasses for a couple of years and was very happy -- they fit well, felt comfortable and did not leak until recently. It was time to order a new pair.My new pair are again a quality product and I expect them to last another couple of years!

Excellent mid size gogs

Già conoscevo il prodotto e Aquasphere non tradisce le aspettative. Aderenza perfetta, visione eccellente e confort (nessuna pressione sugli zigomi), non entra il filo d'acqua. Il venditore consegna con largo anticipo sul previsto e questo è veramente un plus, con un imballo perfetto, addirittura difficile da aprire tanto è protetto.
