Breastshield Adapter Compatible with Medela Breastshield Pump Converter Bottle Thread Changer Use Medela Pump Pump Into Wide Mouth Bottle Use on Pump in Style Swing Symphony Harmony and Avent Bottle

I am using Avent glass bottles, and, of the kits available I could find (this one, Maymom, and the Avent conversion kit), this one has the best fit for glass. I am still only rating a 4 out of 5, because it's not a perfect fit (the caps don't seed properly all the way to a full, complete, tight, seal), but it's tight enough that it "works," and has the least amount of leakage compared to the other two kits. I tried finding the "adapter rings" like some reviewers have mentioned, but those adapter rings are for the Classic bottles ONLY, they do not fit on the glass bottles, so unless there are some other adapter rings out there that I haven't been able to find, those other kits do not work at all, as they will leak a LOT. But again, as long as you don't tip the bottle over, technically, you should be fine with any of the kits. I just like knowing that if the bottle does tip or fall, I won't lose all my pumped milk in two seconds! So, based on my tests of this kit, the Maymom kit, and the Avent conversion kit, this is the best one for glass in my opinion.

These are a great option for using the natural shaped bottles with pumps that have smaller bottles. I own the Ameda Purely Yours Pump but have Phillips Avent natural bottles (glass). I use these to pump directly into the Avent bottles (which I love). The only thing I don't like is that the adapters don't always catch the ridges of the bottle the right way, so I always make sure to double check that they are secured properly. This is a minor issue and would still definitely recommend these.The package comes with four but I've only really used two. The other two are in my storage drawer. It would be nice if the manufacturer offered the option of just buying two. Otherwise, helpful product. Happy Shopping!

These adapters are awesome. Our fourth baby is/was premie. She latched a few days and took the lazy route. Lactation consultant recommend Avent bottle closure to nature in the hope to get her to gain weight and try to latch when she is bigger. Well I was devastated having to buy bottles that didn't fit my Medela Symphony pump. Found these adapters on Amazon and my pumping life is back to easy and cut my dishes back down. Instead of two bottles dirty I only have one per feeding again. Thank you.Just watch out if you are blessed with lots of milk like me... it can be easy to over fill but is user error and not being attentive.😅

I haven't had my baby yet so I haven't had a chance to actually try this out with my breast pump, but I have the Medela Pump in Style dual pump and this converter kit lets me attach my Avent natural bottles right to the pump! I read in some other reviews that they were having a leaking issue, but I used water to simulate milk and my bottles were completely sealed with the converter top to the pump - so no issue of leaking! They screwed on really easily to the pump and I am excited to save the hassle of pumping into one bottle/bag and having to transfer. Overall glad I purchased this kit!

Edit: i'm not a smart woman. This works just fine with the maymom breastshield. It's the sleep deprivation lol. All in all great product!!!I don't want to leave a bad review just because the item i bought was not the one i needed. I have the maymom breastshield, which has a narrow neck. I thought this would fit so i could use wide neck bottles, like the ones that came with my Hygeia Enjoye pump. The thread does not match, although the circumference is the same. Will be returning.

Finally. This NeneSupply kit fits Avent Natural Glass bottles and they do not leak. I previously purchased the Phillips conversion kit and the Maymom conversion kit and despite both kits advertising they specifically fit Avent Natural bottles and despite many reviews about both of them specifically fitting the Natural Glass bottles, I found that both kits did not fit my Natural Glass bottles. For some unexplainable reason, the threads were different - they weren't even close to fitting. See my reviews of them for more detail. In any event, these fit, and I'm finally happy.

Adapters are perfect for avent bottles I can pump it and then just put the nipple lid back on and ready to go. I use it with the medala pump.

This worked great with not just the Medela Symphony pump but also with my Medela harmony manual pump.
