Is it new with documents
My fault. Did not notice it was a repacked item. When I got it no paperwork/instructions. Hit wrong button and erased all such as very important meeting notes. Caused me much embarrassment. No company website to contact. Returned item

Got a lemon!!!
Bought this July of 2019 & it was easy to use & sound quality was ok. Only used about 20 times & only under an hour recording each time. Went to use it a week ago & when I turned it on it said 'DISK ERROR' & NO FILES FOUND. I had files on it. A piece of junk in my book. It was just sitting on my desk. Didn't drop it or anything. I lost my recordings now. Sending it back to Amazon to get a refund. Any suggestions from anyone what a good brand is that will play back crisp, clear audio after recording a little distance from device (5 to 15 feet)?

Diffucult to use. Do not buy.
It is very difficult to delete anything. The manual does not give one helpful instructions. The menu button is also difficult to use. I would not recommend this item.
