So thrilled that this product is working for me. It has drastically reduced the number of hot flashes during the day and night. I had previously tried Blue Poppy's Ultimate Immortals, but that product did noting for me. Weirdly, after having taken just one dose of these tablets, I immediately felt better with very few hot flashes. I take the tablets as directed ( 2 tablets, 2-3 times/day). I also use Kan's Rescue Formula for menopause brain fog which has decreased my overall feeling of memory loss and spiderweb brain. Thank you, Kan, for your wonderful products.

After years of suffering with hot flashes around the clock I was miserable waking up every 20 minutes due to the hot flashes. I finally found a product that has drastically reduced my hot flashes. I went from sleeping 20 minutes at a time to actually sleeping 3-4 hours at a time. This product took a few weeks to kick in but once it did I finally got relief! It was recommended by my holistic doctor but I have to take seven pills daily to stop the hot flashes.It does work but I have to take several pills daily.

Still getting hotflashes but they are better. Maybe I havent used it long enough.

I've recommended this formula to many people who report great results with it for hot flashes. 2 pills 3 times a day for the most persistent hot flashes and less for more mild hot flashes. Sugar and alcohol are triggers for hot flashes as well, so this formula in combination with a good diet, hot flashes can be managed quite well.
