Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise is my new BFF in the kitchen. It’s like the original mayo went to the gym, got fit, and came back saying, “I still got you, but healthier.” Slathering it on sandwiches or mixing it into salads feels like cheating on my diet—except it’s not. The creamy taste is so good I had to double-check the label to make sure it’s actually light. It’s basically the Beyoncé of condiments: flawless, versatile, and always stealing the show. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you want to feel fancy while pretending you’re being healthy.

Tastes as good as the full fat version
I find that this "light" mayo tastes as good as the full fat version, so you get the benefit of a healthier product without compromising on taste. The only frustration is that it's difficult to get the last amount of it out of the bottle, but then that's the same with the glass bottles.

Hellmann's mayonnaise. Yum.
A big bottle of Hellmann's mayonnaise.This is the 'light' version. I must say, I find it indistinguishable from the full fat version.It's just as creamy and delicious.It's 60% less calories than the normal version.Fat is 26%, with only 2.6% being saturated.Sugar is nice and low at 2.3%.It contains milk, egg and mustard, if any of those things are a problem for you.Hellmann's only use sustainable oils and free range eggs, which can only be a good thing.Perfect with your chips, or on your salad. I can't think of a reason to have the full fat version, when this healthier version is available.I hope you found this review helpful.
