Hyperlite Landlock 5.9 All-Around Beginner Wakesurfer Board with Long-Lasting Layered Fiberglass Construction

This board will help beginners learn to surf, as well as help heavier riders find the pocket to let go of the rope. Also, it helped surfers behind my smaller wave to gain speed and extend the size of the pocket.

I already have the broadcast and have surfed a slew of other, "finer" boards, but I kept coming back to the broadcast. Now, the first few sessions on this board were very disappointing. The foot placement and body weight are different than my other boards. That said, this is a great longboard alternative to having all that surf wax from an actual long board on the boat. I love this board.I ride a 25 LSV so the wave is very large, so my main goal for this is wide carving waves, way back and coming in. Cuts on top, down the face, into the curl of the wave. Very fun!

The product will be awesome when we get to use it. Packaging needs to be reviewed. Both boards were delivered damaged in the same spot. I’ve ordered a third board. Hoping this one is good.

I'm enjoying this as a beginner of 6-3 height and 225lbs. Stability is good and startup easy. Kids and smaller adults are finding it easy to enjoy as well. Quality seems high.

Unhappy with the FEDEX. Reached out to Hyperlite they wouldn’t even talk to me and said go through Amazon. I decided I didn’t want to go through all the hassle of getting a return. I placed epoxy on it held up find. Overall a good board. Easy to get up and easy to ride. I’m looking at another board for craving.

This board is brilliant for beginners!! Worth the full face lake water enemas trying to learn how to shred like a natural Spocolli! 10/10 would recommend.
