Size:1 lb  |  Style:Two Cans Product Description PC-11 was formulated as a true marine epoxy, allowing users to bond to wet, dry and fully submerged substrates. PC-11 formulation provides extended working time, for large and critical jobs, which allows the user to reposition work or make changes. High "wet grab" or tack of PC-11 makes overhead and sidewall work easy without drip or sag. PC-11 demonstrates excellent chemical resistance to mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil, salt, and fresh water. In cold or cool temperatures, place PC-11 containers near heat prior to using. PC-11 mixes and spreads easier at 80 degree F than at 40 degree F. Any clean smooth flat surface is an excellent surface for mixing and working. A small putty knife or flexible artist spatula are great tools for mixing and applying PC-11. Denatured alcohol is excellent for smoothing applied PC-11. Also use Denatured alcohol to clean surfaces before applying. Use with: wood, metal (all types), glass, brick, block, rubber, concrete, stone, slate, fiberglass, tile, and more in any and all combinations; as sealant: oil, gas, water tanks, cellar cracks, pressure tanks, and plumbing leaks; as a filler: holes, castings, patterns, molds, voids, welds, and much more. Work time (70 degree F): 30-40 minutes. Tack free cure time: 90 minutes. Cure for service: 8-12 hours. Maximum cure: 7 day. Gardner impact resistance: 140in./lb. Conduction (electric): non conductive. Excellent thermal shock. Non toxic once cured. Heat range: -20 to 200 degree F. This is the best epoxy mix I've ever used. Good price. Excellent value.
There are certain times that I wish I could reserve a "Six Star" rating for a product I feel particularly positive about. This is one of those times. I am SUPER happy with this epoxy.... and I've mixed and used a lot of epoxies. It has good workable consistency. Easy to mix. Easy to apply. Good pot life. Sets super hard. Love it!The main task I had for this was to repair a hairline crack in the bottom of a fiberglass tank of a pool filter, which has to hold up to 20 psig pressure. On the inside I reinforced the epoxy with a fiberglass cloth. On the outside (actually the bottom of the tank), which had to hold tensile stress, I hammered to form and affixed with epoxy, four steel strips crosswise across the crack, which I then covered over with more epoxy. The repair is holding well, and I hope to get several more years life out of the filter.I've also used it for various other repairs. Totally satisfied.

I was very disappointed in this product
If there was a zero I would give it a zero. I was very disappointed in this product. I ordered it when ordering EZ Sink Clips as that is what the company suggested me to get. I contact EZ sink clips and Protective coating co. before ordering to make sure I was getting the right products. The person installing our sink suggested we get the EZ Sink Clips so he could install them under our sink. The paste would never dry and the clips started to fall and a few weeks later our newly undermounted sink dropped out. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO very disappointed in the glue and I supposed these clips might have worked just fine but EZ Sink Clip company needs to suggest another glue because that glue DOES NOT WORK!!! I even contacted EZ SINK Clips and Protective Coating Co. several times to confirm I was getting the right things and they assured me that this was the right glue to get. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good to work with BUT don't expect "off white". It dried to a lighter shade of containers.
Is very easy to work with and provides plenty of time relative to most similar products. HOWEVER, THIIS SUPPOSED TO BE OFF WHITE and after leaving it to dry for 36 hours in dry 60 degree weather, it was still much closer to charcoal grey - just a little lighter than the container colors. I mixed two different batches and on the second one I was very careful about using equal amounts and it's still a medium charcoal grey. In many situations this wouldn't matter. However, since I am using it to repair a recently refinished white sink the epoxy paint (Rustoleum) is having a lot of trouble covering the dark color.I'm very disappointed because it is otherwise an excellent product. I even called the company for advice and they were very helpful.I recommend this highly as long as you're willing to have your dried epoxy only a bit lighter than the containers shown.

PC 11 Marine quite thick viscosity
Stuff in each can is super sticky -- quite hard to stir by hand in any sizable amount. I used a DREMEL and ahomemade tool to mix and stir. Do by hand crude mix then use a spinning tool .Small quantities mix up OK. Trying to mix halfa can with half a can would be a challenge.Applies thick after mixing. Very strong after cure. Kinda outside use only. I am gonna use it on bird baths, concrete, andthe like. Thick and stays in place well. Not for delicate small repairs. Glad I have some sitting there waiting to beused. .......... Like it - - don't love it.

5 star product, don't buy it here
I know this is a good product, I've used it before, that's why I ordered it, and I had to give it 5 stars because I hate when people give bad reviews to products because of shipping or other problems unrelated to the quality of the product., However I want to warn people..... I purchased this, 1lb 2 part epoxy paste, and it arrived with a large crack in the lid of one of the containers making it impossible to seal and therefore preserve the product. I returned it and kudos to Amazon, they had a replacement out to me the next day, BUT it had exactly the same damage to the lid as the first one so I had to return it again. I'm not going to get another replacement because i assume it will probably have the same damage as the first 2.

Great stuff! Sealed a hole perfectly in Galvanized Stock Tank.
AMAZING! Used this stuff on a 100 gallon CountyLine Oval Galvanized Stock Tank. I use this tank for my 4 turtles and turned it into an awesome display of amazing turtle habitat. One of the little buggers that's too smart for his own good likes to bite on things, and I'm thinking he created a hole (I don't know for sure, Lol), so there was a never ending leak. The hole was on the welding seam and was maybe a quarter of an inch long. I did have to drain the tank and dry the area in order for this to work. Its toxic until it is dried. After checking to make sure there were no other holes, I filled up the tank and Voila! NO MORE LEAK! I would definitely recommend this.

Good overall epoxy
I needed this product to repair a porcelain toilet lid that was cracked into 3 pieces, one smaller that a pack of cigarettes. So it was a challenge to make the repair look seamless and appealing. I liked that this product gave at least a 1-hour working time to assemble the pieces before setting. Smoothing the joint between the broken pieces was a bit more work and required a second application of the epoxy to fill in the gaps. But overall, I was pleased by how the repair turned out. The joints feel sturdy and as strong as if one piece of porcelain. The surfaces cleaned up easily with acetone, before the epoxy sets. Would recommend this product.

Amazing stuff..
I have an older sailboat and I recently received a piece of advice from a 40+ year captain. Haven't put it in the water yet for the season and he suggested that I run a good bead of marine epoxy at the juncture between the keel and the hull to support the keel as the weight over the years has likely stretched the securing bolts and this could help prevent any further separation that could lead to a very expensive repair. Made sense and this was a perfect project for PC-11. A bit thick mixing but I was using two paint stirring sticks which worked well enough. (Use one for each element so that you don't prematurely combine them in the containers.) Mixed them on a disposable plastic plate and applied with a disposable plastic putty knife.Used the one pound set and it was the perfect amount. The putty knife spread it well and I'm quite happy with the results.
