Does the job
Seems to do the job as expected. No complaints except as another reviewer stated, I wish there were markings on the bottle to show how much to use.

Seems to work well
I have always used White Vinegar in my Keurigs, but decided to try this citric acid based cleaner to see if I was perhaps missing something. You get three uses per bottle, so already that is a great bargain over the Keurig branded cleaner, which I found needed the entire bottle added to work. As for citric acid over standard white vinegar, I can say I feel it cleaned better. I clean every two months, as recommended in the manual of my K75, and with my first CleanCup cleaning, the machine sounded less "congested" afterwards. It seems to run quieter during its pumping process. I also received a much more solid stream of coffee coming out of the KCup into my mug.I still have two more uses of CleanCup, but so far think the citric acid accomplished more than white vinegar.

Works perfectly and easy to use!
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do: Clean your Keurig machine. You get three uses from one bottle (yes, it's frustrating they don't have a measurement on the bottle, marking the thirds). Put it in the regular Keurig water reservoir and start the Keurig going. Cup after cup after cup. Once low enough it won't run more water, take the reservoir off and rinse it. Then fill it up and run water through again, cup after cup after cup. You'll fill the reservoir up three times with fresh water, per the instructions, to rinse out all of this product. It's simple enough, but time consuming.Afterwards, your Keurig should be good as new.Personally, I like the Urnex K-Cup Cleaning Cups, too. They clean the needles, specifically, and you can see all sorts of soapy residue come through. One note: Keurig, themselves, states, in their instructions, to run a cycle without a K-Cup, just water, after each and every use. This helps keep the machine clean. Doing so will allow you to go longer without using products like this.

Really expensive citric acid...
My Keurig B70 flashed up a little message indicating that I needed to descale. I really could not tell if there was a scale based flow issue as I often grind my own beans for use in eco-cups and commonly have too fine of grind which also reduces the flow. But, I love my Keurig so if it asks for something I will provide it. Off to Amazon to find some sort of descaling liquid... I followed all the directions for the CleanCup process and "maybe" the coffee tastes better and flows more freely? I haven't seen the message again anyway so it apparently did its job...Note that is only citric acid so you could also just do a search here on Amazon and buy enough crystallized citric acid to make many gallons for less than half the price of this product. Also, when the directions tell you to flush two times, make sure that you are sending the entire contents of the water reservoir through twice or get ready for a very harsh cup of chemicals.Ultimately, you are probably better off just using filtered water (brita, pur, etc.) whenever possible and cleaning with the generic citric acid when the little message pops up.

Works & cheaper than the Keurig brand descaler
Really happy with this purchase. My lightly-used Keurig started acting up for the 2nd time since I've owned it and the vinegar trick (as well as other helpful tips & tricks I looked up online) just weren't working as well this time around. As a last resort I figured I'd buy the Keurig descaler/cleaner but decided after reading the reviews for this product I would save a little money and give this a try instead. Worked wonderfully! Since I had already tried several times to use other methods to clean it out, I used nearly half a bottle vs the 1/3 the bottle directions suggests and I ran it through several more times as well. It did work! Unlike other reviewers I did notice a very slight smell to the solution and thought I still smelled it a bit after running just water through the machine, so I did run just water through double the suggested amount. I also changed out the water filter even though it wasnt due for a new one yet, just to be safe. Definitely less of a smell/taste/hassle than vinegar though. I would highly suggest this product to those who have gotten the dreaded "descale" message on their Keurigs, or to anyone who owns a different type of coffee machine.

Works well, and yes you could use vinegar and water, but WHY when this works and doesn't stink!!
I bought this bottle of cleaner for my Keurig carafe machine. I dislike that machine because it is very picky about what k-cups you can place inside, and it would not take the other set with the k-cup cleaner. That said, this cleaner did a great job. I am sure I could clean my machine with vinegar and water, but this solution is priced just fine and I don't have to smell that awful scent of vinegar. This bottle is big enough to clean my machine probably three times.Overall the best part of this solution is that it does not stink as bad as home cleaners, like vinegar. It is worth every penny to feel like the machine is being cleaned without the smell.
