No, this is not a mobile phone.

The CP-7945G phone can be converted to SIP and used with a SIP trunk provided or as a 3rd Party SIP device on Non Cisco systems, but Dial Up is too slow to support Voice Over IP (VoIP) communications. You typically want a bare minimum of 128Kbps (upload and download) DSL to use VoIP communications.

Q: Can this phone be used with an asterisk pbx? is it a 3pccc model?

This phone can be used with Asterix if it is loaded with SIP firmware. The products we sell are loaded with Cisco specific SCCP firmware. You must have a support contract with Cisco to access the SIP firmware.

Q: Does this make a ringtone of Drama 24?
