We desperately needed a new bed and I was hesitant to purchase one off Amazon, however, I’m so thankful I did. Although I wouldn’t say it’s the MOST comfortable bed I’ve slept on, it’s far from the most expensive as well. You don’t sink down into it which I love and it’s not overly firm. So far it doesn’t have any sinkholes and it does not get hot. Great value overall!

I've had this mattress for about a week now and so far I'm pleased. It's much firmer than the model I had tried in the Ashley store though. I don't mind it but it does make me believe that it'll get softer with time. I've only ever had innerspring matresses with pillow tops before so I'm sure this is going to take some getting used to. I do like you don't fall off the edges like some of the other foam mattresses we had tried. I'm glad we went with a hybrid. I'm also so glad that we bought it here on Amazon because they wanted over $1k for the same mattress in the Ashley store!As for unboxing, the mattress came to it's full size within only a few minutes! We ordered a king size and it did take 2 people to lift it onto the bed frame. It's very heavy. There was a slight smell but it went away quickly after opening a window and turning on the ceiling fan.The only negative I could say is that the box was in terrible condition when it was delivered. The mattress was vacuum sealed and undamaged but it was still unnerving to see such an expensive item delivered with big rips/holes in the box.*UPDATE*It's now 5/29/20 and we're still loving this mattress! It had definitely gotten a lot softer as we've broken it in but it's still plenty firm. Could also be that my body has gotten used to sleeping on foam. Either way I'm glad that we stuck with the mattress. We sleep great on it every night!(We got the 12inch King)

It's a bed in a box that weighs a ton. after dragging it inside and opening the bag it filled with air and was ready to use. It didn't smell weird or need a lot of time to be ready to lay on. It is definitely a medium firmness which I love, it's great for sleeping on your stomach or side. I even find myself waking up on my back which is unusual for me, it's just super comfortable in any position. Definitely recommend.

2 people should unbox but 1 can do it. Heavy! Fluffs up almost instantly when the plastic is opened. You sink a little sitting or pushing down with hand or elbow. But it's firm when you lay down.

I feel as though I’m a pad of butter melting onto this cozy slice of comfort but also like I’m somehow on an anti gravity platform that gently pushes my body upward. To say this mattress is a great value would be an understatement.

We looked at several hybrid and memory foam mattresses and loved this in the store. We got an EXCELLENT deal on the purchase through Amazon. Saved us several hundred dollars over shopping at the Ashley store. The sleep is awesome. Our daughters wish they had one!

We tried this mattress in an Ashley store and LOVED it, but we weren't sure if a brand new product would need to be "broken in". We are SO pleased with our purchase! First of all, we were able to get the same mattress for about $400 less than on the Ashley website and it's so comfortable that we can't wait to get in bed every night! It was super quick to unpack and it was ready to sleep on in less than an hour after being unboxed. We've had it for 6 weeks now and it is holding up great. We've recommended it to everyone we know! We got the 14" king- it's very plush but also supportive. I sleep on my side, back and stomach and my fiance sleeps on his side/back and we are both comfortable all night.
