This rug is absolutely beautiful!! Colors are rich and exactly as pictured. It’s very thick and lays beautifully. It is wool so be aware going in that it will shed, and shed, and shed. That eventually settles down but you will not be able to use a stick type vacuum until it stops because the wool will clog the vacuum. I thought it was worth it but not everyone will.

It's wool so I wondered how it would be to walk on. It feels great on feet. The colors are beautiful, it's well-made, it feels good on our feet and even though it's outside the shower it seems to dissipate water well- has never felt wet. I plan to buy a great deal more rugs from this company. And as far as the negatives- smelling bad, being dirty, shedding- ours was clean, smelled like natural wool if it smelled of anything, and was perfect as soon as I rolled it out. No shedding at all. It might need a rubbery underlayment if it's laying on a slippery smooth floor. Ours is on tile and moves a slight bit so I just push it back. I might put something under it but so far it doesn't bother me at all- but the rug might last longer with one.

I love the color and pattern of this rug! I’ve been buying Safavieh rugs for several years now. They aren’t going to last forever in a high traffic area (maybe 4/5 yrs) but they are well made and look so lovely. If you’re using the rug for a less traversed area then I’m sure you could get more years out of them.

Wrapped in plastic COVERED IN BIRD DROPPINGS. Didn't want it in my house! Save for possible return? No Way! Would have added a photo (yes, I have one) but it's too disgusting. That said, it's a nice rug, really pleased with colors. Sheds constantly. Will probably get a bald spot where my feet touch the rug during movie viewing, but for an inexpensive, pretty rug, I'm good with it.

Beautiful rug

To make a long story short- 12 years ago we coincidentally purchased a round wool rug with this same brand name from a pricey catalog (Frontgate). It was over $500 for the same size, 6' round. This rug is beautiful. Excellent quality. We purchased 2 other Safavieh rugs, different patterns and shapes. We are truly happy with them all

This rug is pretty but has been shedding like crazy and only getting worse not better. I’m really disappointed. I have to vacuum every single day and the entire vacuum canister fills after just goinh over the rug. The shedding gets all over the house and all over my children’s clothes. It gets stuck to my crawling babies hands and feet. I have to lint roll my clothes before going outside. Its like living with a pet I didnt sign up for! Terrible quality.

This rug is stunning. I have it right next a 100 year old persian rug and it is a perfect complement and it is so soft and it looks very special. Perfect for under my dining table.
