Perfect for indoor putting AND chipping! Plenty of room to stand on
The media could not be loaded. I did plenty of research and looked at tons of different optionsThe sky is the limit with these things, and you can really spend whatever you wantI was looking for a simple, clean solution with a few goals1. Had to have removable/adjustable targets (I planned on using this with the PuttOut put trainer)2. Trying to spend under 100 dollars3. At least 10 feet long4. HAD to be able to stand on the putting surface (wanted to put from the same height!)This met all of my requirements with spadesThe material is very high quality, it rolls flat immediately and required no leaving objects on it to keep it flatIts heavy enough to comfortably stand onIve been able to practice indoor chipping as well! You can use small objects to place undereight to make breaking/more challenging puttsOverall, I cant recommend this enough!I'm getting better ball spin off my butter, and trusting my line like never before.Overall Quality: A- (great at this price, but it could always be heavier, and cups could have come with small flags, just for looks)Design: A +(simplistic putting cups give great feedback. Very rewarding to hit the center back of the cup)Materials: A (Holds up to indoor chipping, the wear of shoes, etc), it plays like a country club (but not championship) greenPrice: A (VERY reasonable considering the size)Overall: A

Large, nice quality surface
This mat is very nice quality, the cups are easy to place, and it lays flat.I keep mine rolled out to prevent folds and curling, and it is holding up well. Keep it from getting wet by bringing it inside and it's easy to keep the surface clean. It's a huge surface, so much so I feel it's good even for short lag putts. It has enough room to place both cups and practice at 2 distances. The biggest drawback i feel is the rubber backing. It's the usual thing backing a lot of manufacturers on Amazon use. It would be nice to see a thicker, more durable backing option in addition to this, at least. Overall, it's a solid mat for practice, and i think it's much better than the smaller mats with the plastic ramps.

Non slip carpet pad
Essentially, this is like a non slip carpet pad. The orange box store sells an All-Surface Thin Profile Fiber and Rubber Backed Non-Slip Rug Pads for use under large rugs - to prevent the rug from slipping. Yes, the surface of this is nicer than those pads, but it's essentially the same thing. In other words, it is thin. I have a ceramic tile floor consisting of 3 ft x 6 in tiles. Faux wood planks. My house was built in 2016 but no house today has level concrete floors. Unless you have the slab diamond sanded to level. They may do this on a slab to take out some high spots but add on top the ceramic planks and yes, this will lie flat but will not create a perfectly straight putt. Too many variables. So unless you intend to add a substrate of 5/8 inch plywood, creating a flat torsion box style floor to set this on, it will most likely not be flat in your house. Which to me is fine. Not many greens out there are flat. Or have no imperfections. But to use this inside to get to know speed and stroke techniques, it works fine. For the price (got mine at half), it is a good choice for putting practice indoors. I also purchase from Amazon the 2x15 version and plan on practicing my long lag putts. Down my hallway into my living room, and have the 3x11 added at the end. That give me an 18 ft run to practice lag putts. And so, I will enjoy this as my expectations are reasonable and I know for the price, it will not be a true sim green, but a usable way to practice. Hope that helps.UPDATE* - leaving the mat on the plank tile floor did finally settle where one could see the tiles through the mat on the long edges. So the mat will settle into cracks and crevices over time. Probably due to walking on it, even with just socks on. To eliminate this, I tried my 4mm yoga mats under the putting surface and it solved the problem. So I looked for the least expensive Gaiam yoga mats in 4 mm and ordered enough to place under both hitting mats. Got a great deal here for $17 per mat. Yes, the effect is on an 8 ft putt, the ball will travel about three inches less due to the substrate yoga mat. But I am okay with that. First, it gave me a reason to finally use these yoga mats (had two) and second: I am not going to build a plywood substrate for the putting surface mat to sit on, as then I would over-design something to account for uphill/downhill and most likely sidehill lies. Nope. Yoga mats will work just fine. Just more FYI using DYI. :)

Very well made/ lay flat
Very nice mat, also when putting against grain it give you more of an uphill speed so each side is slightly different which I love

Good putting mat
I can easily set this up on my tiled hallway when I use it and then roll it back up afterwards in the box it shipped in. Always rolls out flat and that's what I like the most about it. Also a good value in that it's wide enough to stand on and also long enough to make 10 footers if I want, all at half the price of some of the more popular competitors.

Great putting mat for the money.
I really like this product. I wanted a quality mat that was at least 10’ to practice my putting over the winter and this is great for the price. Nice size. Rolls true and about the speed of my local courses, maybe just a tad slow. Different speeds depending what way you’re hitting. I keep it stored in the box it came in and the edges sit flat in mins after unrolling. Easy to put towels under and create breaks. Being able to move the “cups” around is nice and they have really gotten me to focus on the back of the cup instead of the front. Overall a great product so far(3weeks) and I highly recommend.
