Nice Simple Light
First, let me start off by saying the “Hollywood” or “racetrack” style light is not horrible as some would suggest. I had the fancier vanity lights and while they do look nice, they are not the easiest to clean or to change the bulbs.I am pleased with this light. Easy to install. Easy to clean or dust. Easy light bulb changes. Dimmable. Bright. Affordable price. I don’t have it on a dimmer yet so I cannot comment on that.I will probably put it on a dimmer in the future because it is bright even with 3000k led bulbs. For someone like me who is not young, short, has a dust allergy and asthma, this is the best vanity light.

Good product but should package better
Overall I’m satisfied with the product but because one end of the styrofoam on both boxes came dislodged during shipping the metal was bent down. I had to literally gently stand on the ends to restore them to a decent shape again. I can see how a less adaptable person would just return the bad parts due to shipping damage.

Here's some instructions for newbies/dummies like me Nuvo 60/305 vanity strip
For newbies to vanity strips like I was who are learning how to replace light fixtures the hard way, the instructions don't make it clear but you have to disassemble it to install it. First you have to unclip the bulb mounts from the wall plate.. There is a little short clip and a long clip on each mount that hold in by pressure, so it is easier to push the short one in the slot until it "unhooks, then the long one will come out easier. Do this for each bulb mount. Then, it isn't hard but pull the ceramic collars out (they are held in by pressure but come out easier if you "unscrew" them),. Then the mounts for the bulbs, the collars, the wall plate, and the outer covering plate will be separate and accessible. If you remove the ceramic collars first that would be easier, but I only discovered that that was probably an option after I had unclipped the bulb mounts first! Anyway, mount the wall plate and hook up the wires, then mount each bulb holder one by one by putting the longer clip into the slot first, then push til the short one pops in, and you will have the bulb holders in nice and tight. The ceramic collars have to be pushed back on to these after you put the covering plate on. Each bronze fixture I received had a few minor scuffs or scratches and instead of returning them I just used a furniture touch up marker or some cheap bronze colored hobby paint to cover them - you won't notice it when it is on the wall. I wanted daylight 4000 or 5000K LEDs, but after seeing how cold and sterile the light from those bulbs is I was actually glad when I received soft white bulbs by mistake when I bought my G25 globe lights. They do give a much more pleasant light. I used eight 40W equivalent dimmable bulbs in two 24-inch vanity strips in a fairly large bathroom, and you will probably want to go dimmable or use 25W equivalents if you don't want to sear your retinas when you turn the light on first thing in the morning with 40W equivalent or higher non-dimmables!

Good, not great, bought two and both were slightly bent so that they don't rest fully flat on the wall
We got two of these to go over the mirrors on either side of our bathroom.First, the good:- they provide a lot of light, we use 40W equivalent LED globe bulbs and the 8 sockets (actually 16 for us since we have two) provide a nice, bright, even light without much glare- they look nice, they are metal which makes them visibly more attractive than similar plastic ones, and the brushed nickel matches the rest of our decor nicelyAnd now, the not-so-good:- both of ours arrived with slight bends or flexes near the one end, such that the fixture does not rest flat against the wall in places. This is not hugely noticeable on a day-to-day basis, but it is extremely annoying- the bend/flex was caused by shipping damage where one end of the fixture was hitting against the end of the box, creating a slight downward bend- I attempted to straighten one of them but it caused additional flexing and I was worried about causing permanent damage- it's not bad enough visually for me to take them down and return them, but I don't like itGiven that both of ours were bent similarly this appears to be an overall packaging issue for the manufacturer. If they came more securely packaged and not bent I would give them 4.5 stars, but as is I'm only giving them 3.I have attached three photos - the first shows a gap along the lower-left edge of one fixture, the second shows a gap along the lower-right edge of the other fixture, and the third shows the overall look of the bathroom with the new lights. Eventually, if I get tired of the gaps, I'll pull them back down and try to pound them straight/flat on a concrete surface, or something, but for now we're living with the gaps.

The space between the lights not a wide as my previous but great. I paint the area its not covering.
The product is not bad. Just like the old one I removed. Actually, the backing was a better quality than the old one I have had for over 10 years. Great replacement

Easy to install
Installation was a breeze even for one who isn't a trained electrician/wireman. Six lights allow flexibility in achieving brightness by using low or high wattage bulbs. Or a combination of both. The bronze finish is very pleasing to the eye. Using standard base E26 bulbs makes replacement easy, convenient and inexpensive, as opposed to lamps which require fancy specialty bulbs.

Flimsy & 1 light sits crooked and cannot be straightened out
Quite flimsy. One of the lights sits crooked amd cannot be straightened without breaking the neck so we have left it as is (2nd light to the left) - we were tempted to send it back due to this but we are just wanting these renos to be done. So we are not very happy with the product or quality. It is not very expensive and it shows in the product. Instructions are not super but thankfully someone here posted some clarifications for installation/preparing the light bar.
