After 2 days using it there is not sound when you press the doorbell. I read that other customer has the same problem. I am returning it to Amazon. I paid to installed it, I will lost this money. I am very dissapointed.Up date.Technician revised the wires and found thar they were not good,.so he changed they and the Intercom is working fine.I will not return it.

It works very well but I with the cord from the panel to the door bell was longer

I disliked The fact that it only has a 12 foot cord which limits it to install back to back, or very close to the door

Not bad. We needed a simple non-internet connected easy to use video intercom for our one office. I decided on this one and so far it works as it should. Easy to hear people on both sides of the system and is overall loud and clear. The phone handset is OK as it is a bit finicky to hang up and takes a little time to get use to it.For this price I am going to buy a second as a spare.

Wire on back hard to clear wall mount, had to cut part of it out. Very loud speaker.
