How much good fat is too much? Be careful how much you eat.
Loved it but Didn't realize one little tin is two servings. So if you eat the whole can that is 100% of your daily fat, so I wonder how much we should eat at one time? Per day?

Ditch the cod liver oil and try this gem!!
I really hesitated today to open the tin and try this wild-caught Cod Liver. Remembered that some people thought it actually had a pleasant flavor - but others didn't. But with my extremely low Vitamin D levels I knew I had to try it because nothing else was bringing those levels up. WOW! What a wonderful surprise! Hey, Mikey, she likes it!! (like the old commercial about someone trying something for the first time.) It was a little salty and very mild! Almost as good as Nova! And I was left with a relaxed, warm feeling afterward - like my body had finally gotten something it needed so badly! Ditch the cod liver oil and try this gem!! You very well may like it better!!

DO NOT REFRIGERATE
Ver tasty, kind of like chicken liver pate. Great on a crusty roll with onions. However, once refrigerated, this tastes just like that awful cod liver oil Mom made us take as kids. Stick to room temperature!!

So many vitamins and minerals. So good for you and it’s DELICIOUS!!!
DELICIOUS and Silky. Do not confuse with commercial cod liver oil that is bitter tasting.

Delicious but disappointing...
My husband and I love the cod liver with one exception. The sodium level is high. This contains 2,400 mcg of sodium, which, according to the Mayo Clinic site, is 100 mcg above the recommended daily dosage. For something we are trying to eat to improve our health, we will have to look for another brand. Hopefully, they will decrease the sodium in the future. The cod liver is creamy and quite tasty. It's similar to tuna fish. However, I wouldn't recommend this due to the higher than daily recommended sodium level.
