I can't seem to find an answer to the shelf life of gravy master

Forever. It may lose potency over time but it doesn’t spoil. I always keep it on hand. I’ve literally purchased it maybe 3 times in my adult life and I’m well over 21.

What are the ingredients?

Taken directly from the label: caramelized sugar, caramel color, water, hydrolyzed soy & corn protein, apple cider vinegar, salt and spices (onion. celery, parsley, and garlic) gluten free, contains no meat. I have to order it from Amazon as it's not available where I moved to. I have used this for 40+ years.

Is there a difference between gravy master and kitchen bouquet? M

Both have good flavor. I just think the flavor of Gravy Master is better. I've given up on the small bottles and have started buying the 28 oz size. I bought both Kitchen Bouquet and Gravy Master and give the KB to my sister. I always used GM in my early married years and I still like it best.

I have using Gravy Master for 40 years and have never had a problem with a shelf life. I used it so often and buy in bulk. I always used within a year but that is because of all you can make with it.
