INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Part 1: The scientific way to form a good posture by 3 stages.
Stage 1 (7 days): For the first 3 days, wear the posture corrector belt a little loosely. 1-2 hours every day. In the following 4 days, gradually strengthen it to a moderate tension. 2 hours every day.
Stage 2 (3 months): In this period, strengthen it until you feel the shoulders are pulled a little tight. 2 hours every day, keep 2-3 months.
Stage 3 (14 days): For the first 7 days, shorten the wearing time to 1 hour every day.
