Fossil Jacqueline Women's Watch with Stainless Steel or Leather Band, Analog Watch Display

This is a very beautiful watch, and I love the rose gold color! It was a little hard to fasten in the beginning, but once I used a nail file to flip up the little “latch”, it worked great. I do not plan to use the date feature very much due to worrying about changing it based on the 30th, or the 31st, and flipping over to the 1st of the month, etc., but the date window is not too difficult to see. Frankly, I did not buy it for the date feature, but for the color, the Fossil name (I have had great experiences with them) and I love mesh bands! Since I just received it today, I will not comment on the function just yet, so if there is something worthy to document, I will update this post. Otherwise, I love it so far. I am optimistic that it will perform as great as my other Fossil watches.

I fell in love with this watch as soon as I saw it in person! It is so stylish, and professional looking. I honestly purchased this to get away from smart watches. The amount of time I spent on my smart watch was absolutely insane, I wanted to go back to a simpler life but loved that this watch keeps track of the date and day of the week! It keeps me on track without being obsessed with another screenThe only thing I was super disappointed in was the packaging. Thankfully the watch wasn’t damaged but the tin it gets stored in was extremely dented and damaged. The watch came completely out of the tin and was floating around in the amazon bag.

Gorgeous watch! However just like other reviews, my box came all dented & ugly! And the watch was outside the tin thrown all around the bag. Sorry, who wants to pay all that money for such & can’t even store it in the nice tin box? If you don’t care about the tin then go ahead, but I do. So I just went on the official Fossil site & purchased it (and it happens to be on sale right now). Hopefully it still won’t arrive all beat up

I am a watch person...I've worn one every day since early childhood and I hate looking for my phone when I just need to know the time. My Citizen gave out and there's no way I can have the Longines I've always dreamed of, so I thought I'd give a fun simple watch a try.This watch looks just like the picture in person--it looks sharp. If you're going to get a fashion watch, this is a great option. I compared to Skagen and the more expensive Daniel Wellington. It's all the same kinda-lousy materials, but again, it's a good fashion option.Fossil's Jacqueline line has a 14mm (not 16mm) band, which I feel sets it apart from competition. The thinner band looks better on narrow wrists or small frames and the leather is supple. This is a way to get that trendy oversized women's watch look, without it looking awkwardly oversized.I was concerned about the mineral face getting scratched up (a fate that has befallen every mineral face watch I've owned). For now, I'm just keeping the protective film on and no one can tell. With time, I'm sure I'll get bubbles under the film and I'll eventually have to remove it. Yes, it's a mineral face so it'll scratch up. But again, it's a fashion watch not a classic timepiece.The only problems I have are that it's too casual for formal events (as you can tell from the photo) and the nob for setting the time kind of presses into my hand, so I don't like to sleep in the watch. But again, it's a fashion watch.Of everything I looked at, I think this is a sharp and cost-effective choice.

I love this watch it's not bulky it's lightweight. I like that it's a big face and it's flat, I highly recommend it.
