Tattooing Portraits with Nikko Hurtado

Great video the dude on here saying how this is false tattooing and that all those fancy colors just fade out is a complete ignorant person who has no experience in either technical or realistic professional tattooing. I have a client who has a hurtado piece that is 8 years old and looks better than any other ones she has. And I have been a professional artist for 10 years. And also nikko personally posts pictures of his tattoos as they age to prove their longevity. This DVD is extremely helpful for professionals who are looking to fine tune their craft and look for tips and tricks to obtain better realism. Do not buy if your a beginner or novice, unless you just wanna see an awesome artist tattoo.

Honestly he could have done better job on this one. If you're at the point where portraits are the next challenge that means you have quite a bit of experience in tattooing and you're familiar with your equipment and how to make stencil.I did not get information I hoped for and in my opinion it's Not worth the price. I've got more useful info watching videos online than this one thinking it is what you pay for but this is not the case.If you expect him to show/tell you any of his secrets/tips then you are as wrong as I was.As for seller - fast delivery and awesome customer service.

You definitely need to know what you are doing before getting this. But it is an excellent resource for color theory.

I love Nikko Hurtado watching him work is so amazing he's so clear and helpful he makes every step he takes very understandable to the viewer.

Learned a great deal from this dvd. Definitely not for beginners. But a wonderful learning tool for any advanced tattoo artist.
