Love it! Such bright fun colors.

My wife and I are expecting a granddaughter this June so I wanted to do something special. This is my second cross-stitch project. It has been fun to do. I only have the back-stitching and waiting until Kyrie is born to finish up.The toys on the shelf are extremely cute and have been relatively easy to do. This is not a difficult pattern. I am a novice and I have only had minor problems completing the project. If you are looking for a beginning project for a new born or a young child this kit should be considered.The kit included everything needed including 14 count white Aida, more than enough floss with extra, needle, pattern and complete instructions. The coding is very easy to understand. I do have one warning, though, and that is that nearly every one of the toys are stitched with triple strands of floss. This is where it was a challenge. It also made it very beautiful because there are shades of color showing through the richness of the three-strand stitches.

Stitching is in progress. Few things to note:1. Same color sent for both shades of green.2. If you plan to use chart again, you'll have to figure out what DMC colors they match (not DMC coded)3. The organizer makes for a rather big jumbled mess.4. Otherwise, it's fine. Everything else included.

This is exactly what I wanted. The kit was complete, but like others have said even after I expanded the pattern and bought a giant magnifying glass to help me read it, it is way too difficult to see and therefore miserable to work on. I wish I would’ve listened.

I would have given 5 Stars, but the needle or needles were missing in the kit. I had to go out and purchase them.

The material is very stiff and hard to work on. The thread is too thin and doesn’t cover well. Also there were missing colors and some colors weren’t used. I like the picture very much. Is nice that it can be used for boy or girl.

No first-time cross-stitcher should take on a project this large, it will intimidate you. But if you've done it once or twice, this pattern is simple to follow and turns out great. My only complaint is that I ran out of thread in one or two colors. I'm not sure what happened, but matching thread is a real pain. It very well could have been operator error. :)

I bought this for my first granddaughters birth. I made one when my daughter was born and got it framed. Hope this is always treasured by both of them!!! Great product and has all the tread needed and would recommend anyone buying this kit!!!! Worth the money!!

Bought this to make for my baby girl. It comes with all the thread you need and clear instructions. Also tells you how to make the different stitches you'll need to make. I hadn't done cross stitching for nearly 20 years (as a kid) and I picked it up right away with help from the instructions.

The product is refreshing beautiful. The threads are enough. I thought it will fall short but so far I haven’t. Don’t worry if you are a beginner. Just follow their complete set of instructions. It’s very self explanatory and go as per what they say. The quality is exceptional and the product completely resembles the picture here. They basically give you a blank canvas. So the picture is not painted like the ones on your anchor kit. So keep that in mind. They provide the picture separately.

Apparently grandchildren are like buses, you wait 49 years for one then you get two in the same year so having done a similar cross stitch for my grandson, when I was told daughter number 2 was expecting I had to find something similar and this fitted the bill perfectly. The kit is easy to read, already threaded up which is a bonus and the end result is going to be gorgeous, don't buy if you are in a hurry, but if you have patience it is fantastic.

A very sweet needlepoint stitching kit. It is a little extensive for a beginner, but quite simple for those used to cross stiching. It makes a beautiful baby gift that is personalized. Purchased more than one as there are a few new babies on the way this year.A

Lovely cross stitch set but if you have never done it before it might be quite hard. I didn't read the ad properly before buying and thought that the print would be on the actual product, meaning I just cross stitched over the design. Unfortunately you have to follow a pattern and do it from scratch on a completely plain piece of material ( not sure of its proper name, aida? )If you have aging eyes and are a novice, like me, then this might be quite daunting. Still a lovely product but not really for me.
