QuakerOat Bran Hot Cereal - 16 oz - 2 pk

Good product! Reliable and tasty. The cooking method I have works well.

I can't find the Quaker Oat Bran in any of my local stores so order online through Amazon. I make blueberry muffins and eat one daily, so I buy two boxes at a time.

Great for breakfast!

These 2 boxes of Oat Bran, for which I paid over $16, came sealed in plastic. Apparently this was to keep any more cereal from exiting the boxes, which were partially crushed, making the ends gap open & allowing grains to escape. Probably a few tablespoons total, but at this price, one would think more care would be taken to assure the packages were intact. The outer delivery box was sturdy & intact. The cereal itself is a good choice for fiber without chewiness, tasty with brown sugar. No idea why it's so hard to find, & when you do, it's overpriced.

I am hoping by eating this I will be able to lower my cholestoral. Have read it can help.

I’ve been using this Brand for years and especially like the included Muffin Recipe. I usually omit or reduce the Brown Sugar in the Recipe.

This product appears to no longer be available in grocery stores because I've been looking for it for a long time. I use Quaker Oat Brand Hot Cereal to make oat bran muffins for which the recipe is on the back of the box. I was very happy to find the product available on Amazon.I did notice that the recipe on the back of the box has been modified slightly from the previous recipe. The 1/4 cup honey has been removed, as well as the option to use 2% milk instead of fat free milk. I completely agree with why these changes have been made - it makes these delicious muffins even healthier.

Used for bowel regime, effective with consistent use. Worked well
