There is acrylic paint you can buy that is made to use on ceramic. folk art makes some that's labeled as enamel paint

No I don't think so. Like you say, it is sealed.

Q: can these be used with Cricut Infusable Ink?

Unless these coasters have polyester in them, it will not work. The infusible ink would not have anything to bond with! Hope this helps!
